Decent location just outside of downtown Austin. Clean place. Only advice to have amenities like hand soap, extra sheets, and blankets for the beds. Just happened to stay during a time extra cold weather hit Texas. Otherwise good place.

The apartment has been recently renovated, and the location was very convenient.

The apartment was nice and spacious, but I had one problem trying to get the hot water going. I contacted Virgina to help me, and she insisted on calling the maintenance supervisor. The maintenance supervisor never came by to help on the issue for 2 days. I messaged Virgina to tell her I have to go to work. She told me that she was 20 min away from the apartment. Anyway, I had messaged her twice on Saturday to let her know I was off of work . I never got a response from her Saturday till 7:30 pm. The only response I got from her is what to do before I check out . Virigina demeanor had changed towards me. Her professionalism had diminished during my visit . However, my husband came in Saturday late afternoon and figured out the issue. He told me you had to turn the single handle to a full 360 just to get some hot water. My last thoughts are that I am not too sure about coming back..

Property was just as described and pictured in the listing! Was extremely clean with extra little things that just made our stay great! Pool is literally right in front for easy access which was a great bonus and the property was located close to a major highway for easy access to everything. Only slight mishap was the AC died (this heat is no joke!)- but communication with the property owner was quick and it was addressed within an hour! Overall, everything was great and I will definitely be using this property again! Recommend 10/10.

This apartment was perfect for our trip! It was located well, the beds were comfy, and everything looked spotless. Will definitely be staying here again when I come back to Austin
