The house needs some TLC. Lots of little things need attention. Fan in the outside balcony missing blades, the door in the downstairs bathroom wont stay open, the shower curtain in downstairs bath is garbage, 4 remote controls in the living room and only one works?? The dock and mangroves need attention, spray for mosquitos!!! Some genius broke the ice scoop and screwed it back together, as soon as I used it I got 2 screw points in my hand, I have pictures of that because I was so mad. Put some stepping stones from the dock gate to the slab, I tracked a ton of dirt into the house and the boat.

We enjoyed our stay. The beds were very comfy and nice having 2 king bedrooms. The kitchen is well equipped. Loved having our own pool and glad we paid for the pool heat because our stay was during the cold snap. We had to contact management for one issue and they were very responsive. The location is nice with the beach down the road and grocery stores close. Wish we would have utilized the kayaks. Maybe next time.

The place is nice! Big enough for a family of 7. Makes things easy with towels, bedsheets, and kitchen supplies available. The pool was super nice especially for the kids. Love the location with the canal, we went fishing a few times off their. There were some pool floaties to use.The place was clean minus the toilets two of the 3 still had dry urine on the ground/seats.The deck fan we couldn't use..not a big deal.Deep freezer was frozen shut so couldn't use that for the bait, the sweeper wouldn't work so we couldn't use that during our time, also some light bulbs probably need changed in the fans so we used the lamps.. not a big deal. Also the lamps by the couch need glued back together. We learned those the tops knock off easy when turning on.

We enjoyed our stay but there are definitely some things that need to be fixed. Unfortunately we had to call maintenance two or three times in the first two days of our stay. The smoke detector in the upstairs bedroom went off two different times and the one in the downstairs bedroom went off the next day. The toilet in the hallway bathroom upstairs also stopped working and we had to call maintenance. it still needs looked at because it just doesn’t have a lot of water pressure. The fan on the porch, also needs to be looked at and we ran out of propane for the grill after grilling out one day by the pool. Location of the house is great, the size of the house for family is great,and we did appreciate the swiftness of the property manager and maintenance when we didn’t need them. I would recommend the house and we would stay again. We would definitely need some of those little things fixed.
