Lovely historic home with incredible location! Within walking distance to multiple must-see attractions for us. Spacious enough for our party of 5 adults. Beautiful mix of historic antiques & modern amenities. Kitchen stocked with enough plates, bowls, silverware, and cookware. Also had a Keurig Duo that did both full pot and kpods. They had kpods & filters for the big pot. Lots of ceiling fans and very well lit. Everything was well cleaned. Good mix of pillow styles. Big SOFT beds. Lots of natural light throughout the house. Glad I read another review that mentioned bringing a sleep mask. Im used to blackout curtains so this was a major win since there aren't any curtains in the house but every window has very good shutter blinds, so privacy is not an issue. Felt safe. Very nice area of town about a block from one of the tour trolley stops, which was great for coming home in the middle of the heat of the day for lunch. Garage parking was tight, bc it used to be a carriage house; built for buggies not SUVs. My car was a tight fit, but did. Paid street parking available directly outside front door, about 18/day, which was great. They had a few board games available & we really enjoyed their luxury Scrabble edition one evening it rained. Plenty of TVs with YouTube TV for free. Plenty of clean bathrooms. Very kind and communicative hosts. Made sure the house was ready for my scent-sensitive family before we arrived. The house was a favorite part of our 1st time in Savannah!

Chase was awesome to work with and the unit was fantastic. Great location with short walk to downtown. Beautiful furnishings, ample size Kitchen and garage was a plus. I also appreciated the fully stocked coffee bar for my morning needs. I would rent from them again.

This place is absolutely stunning! It's in a perfect location where you can walk to so many cool spots for (in my opinion) an affordable price! Beds were very comfy, house was clean, and the garage was clutch.

This property was exactly as pictured and described! We loved having secure parking in the easy to use/access garage. Three bedrooms and 3 1/2 bathrooms offered us just enough privacy for our girls' weekend in Savannah! The GIANT pocket doors, transoms, plantation shutters, decorative fireplaces, beautiful furnishings and decor wrapped us in warmth and coziness the moment we walked in the door.Somehow this combined extremely well with the luxury of the property and made us feel right at home even though it was evident we were worlds away! As beautiful as the formal dining room was we never got a chance to use it as we spent most meal times in the sunroom and kitchen area where it was easy and comfortable to gather. We did, however, make really good use of the front parlor sitting room as we lounged around drinking our coffee in the morning!Thank you for this experience! It was one of a kind!
