Not entirely as it was described. Lots of issues! Clogged shower, loose toilet at base, dry rotted patio furniture and pool toys, no lounge chairs for pool as advertised! No grab bars in showers, loose stones around pool and as you walk out the sliders. Sliders need to be replaced. Air unit is very loud outside bedroom snd couldnt sleep. Haf to have washer fixed on 2nd day! Stains on rug under the couch. Cracks in the ceilings. Baseboards walls need a scrubbing. Cabinets need to be painted in the kitchen

House was a little banged up all around. Sliding doors were a pain. Kitchen sink heavily leaked, and it took a full day to have someone arrive to fix it. I also reported that the refrigerator never fully cooled, but I was patronized about not knowing how to use a refrigerator. Although the pool and patio were nice, the neighbor is a Karen and complained about music being loud in the middle of the afternoon.

Property area was mediocre I was not expecting to arrive at a property in this location. The front and backyard of the home is poorly maintained. The inside once we walked in looked clean but we all found a few roaches inside the house from the 1st day and throughout the week. The backyard area was not as enjoyable as I expected it to be. We did not enjoy the back except to jump in the pool. The photos on the listing are not correct. The chairs to lay out were missing and the fan from the A/C was making a loud noise. Furniture from the outside is also not well maintained and torn. We were all very disappointed with this week stay for my daughters birthday as we always go to Sarasota for her celebration. This was the worst rentals ever. Not cheap either especially for the time of year we went. The beds were not comfortable and felt very old. Doesn’t feel like a home to be comfortable in. The refrigerator was not cooling properly and the ice bucket in the freezer is broken. The garage door from the inside also does not lock and not much available to take to the beaches. We have stayed at other homes for vacation where they offer accessories to take to the beach if you would like. Overall rating ok if you aren’t looking to be comfortable for your stay. Home overall didn’t feel inviting. Did not feel like a home that you would want to stay for a vacation. Will not be back.

Location of the property was convenient. Close to the beaches and airport. Pool was amazing and house was, too. Some minor fixes to the exterior pool shading and lock on sliding glass door and this place would be even better.

Very nice home, Very clean and the pool was very nice and well maintained. The outside grounds need to be spruced up. Overall Very Happy with are stay.

This house was amazing we had 2 families stay together and it was perfect. It had plenty of space for all of us. House was stocked with everything you need including stuff for the beach! So close to many amenities, fun restaurants and shopping. Will definitely rent this again!

Great house! Huge pool and centrally located for all our needs. Owners were amazing. Will definitely stay here again!!!
