This place was so cute and cozy. And Contact was SUPER helpful and responsive.

This house was very clean and cutely decorated. The kitchen had everything we needed. But, there were a few things that I would change. For example, the living room did not accommodate the number of guests we had comfortably, and neither did the dining room table. Also, the house smelled old. The neighborhood was cute and close to downtown Chattanooga. The driveway was long and had enough space for our two cars. There were four queen beds, total, but no extra blankets or sheets which would have been nice. The house was very clean and everything in the kitchen worked well. It didn’t feel cozy—needs some TLC but overall, nice place to stay!! Timely host!

The overall stay was okay. We weren’t in the house enough to complain, they burnt a tree in the yard though while we were there, and the floors needed to be swept.

PROS: Home was in a location that was quick access to most major attractions in the area. Plenty of bedroom space. Kids loved the paintings on walls and bathroom floor mat. Plenty of towels and wash cloths. Large refrigerator Washer & Dryer Neighborhood seemed safe enough but surrounding area a little iffy. Cons: We find this in a lot of places but all the dishes are glass and if you have little one's not so great. Air vents need a good cleaning. Bathroom faucet moves around like not attached properly. Toilet tissue holder broken. Only TV is in living room with only a love seat and chair to sit in. Not a great area for more than 3 people. on a rainy day. All in all I feel we got our moneys worth. We weren't looking for a 5 star accommodation for this trip. I'd give it a 3. So it really just depends on how picky you are.

Had a great time visiting Chattanooga. The place was in great location to all things around. Very clean, and reasonably priced! Would recommend to anyone with a small group, 4 queen beds made the decision easy.

Greetings! The sole/entire purpose of this review is to be helpful to prospective guests, first, and then for provide some considerations for the property owners/management. Pros - Super cute place, with minimalist layout, furnishings, décor; we really liked that - Really comfortable beds—at least the beds we used - Quiet neighborhood - Contacts for the property are really accessible, attentive, and receptive - Long driveway allows for plenty of off-street parking - This is a bit of any odd ‘pro,’ but despite the fact that there is only one bathroom in the property, we really liked the shower! Lol - Simple and straightforward check-out instructions, which we followed to the letter Cons - Despite how clean the property looked, we did notice some minor things (cobwebs {along the ceiling in front bedroom}; splash stains/dust on bathroom mirrors {not permanent flaws in the mirrors that make them look speckled} …) - Not enough comfortable seating in living-room space to kinda gather ‘round for a movie or whatever; insufficient lighting in that space; and narrow curtains compromise privacy - No *extra* anything: o Exactly one towel provided for each guest. If, for whatever reason, we needed any extra, we would have been out of luck. o No extra linens/blankets, throws; no iron, ironing board … very, very few clothes hangers (about two per closet); only a closet shelf in the two single-bed rooms for folded clothing/no bedroom drawer storage; in the room with two beds, I don’t think there was a closet at all but, rather, a really small bookshelf-type piece? o No 'welcome basket'—now, to be fair, this is *not a must,* but considering the one fridge was completely empty and does not have a water-dispensing feature, it really would have been nice to at least have some bottled waters to get us started until we could get to the grocers. o The biggest surprise/disappointment is that, despite a washer/dryer being listed among the amenities, no such appliances are *accessible/available to the guests.* They were locked away, apparently meant for management’s use *only* to turn-over prop. for next visit. We are hoping this review will both help guests manage expectations & owners/managers anticipate/accommodate a wider range of guests’ needs, making the next group's stay a bit more comfortable & convenient. This was a really great property in a suburb. We were around the corner from a grocery store and less then 10 min from the convention center. The neighborood was very quietnd the house was very nice. 1 bathroom for 3 bedrooms but we made it work! The kitchen is very nice for in home dining. Coffee pot available, just remeber to bring coffee!
