The property was amazing, I would definitely stay there again!!!

The house was very clean and stocked with most everything you would need at a rental. Communication with the property manager was good. My kids enjoyed the pool.

Where to start....We booked this property for 18 nights as we were in FL from TX for medical reasons. We arrived at the property in the late evening to find it's a few hundred yards from a major interstate "noise bonus", it was dirty and there were 8+ spiders found throughout the home that we had to exterminate upon arrival. Once settled and ready for bed we noticed that there were NO sheets on the beds! I had previously been communicating with the property management company over text and notifying them about the bugs and cleanliness but when we ran into the sheet issue my wife called the management number to speak with a live representative to discuss this matter. Upon explaining the circumstances with the agent she was hung up on with no return call. By now it's 9p at night and despite being exhausted from an all day drive we headed to Target to buy bed sheets, bug spray and cleaning supplies "b/c there are none in the house for guests to use". Fortunately, the management company agrees to reimburse me for the sheets and bug spray "we left all products at the house upon our departure". The PM did send a pest service 5 days after our arrival BUT the technician informed me that his spray did nothing to deter the spider issue and the only way to kill them was by hand or a non-commercial spray "fortunately we had that" and we continued to kill spiders daily. Throughout our stay I kept in communication with the PM by sending pics of issues and evidence of the filth within the house "cobwebs, dirty floors, dirty silverware, etc". Never did the PM offer to send a cleaning service! At three different times throughout the 18 night stay I had asked the PM for some type of compensation / refund to offset our time and gas for doing their job on the night of arrival and sourcing products that they should've had in the house, never an acknowledgement!! Our stay at this property was far less then average. Poor service from the PM's and VRBO, shame on both of you! I write this review from a consumer and STR owners perspective who host on this platform. NEVER in a million years would we accept a booking of any duration "much less 18 nights" and not have our property professionally cleaned, stocked and address any guest issues with sympathy and service. HARD NO!

Although this property is well located and has been renovated quite nicely it had its share of quirks. The electronic door lock malfunctioned and locked us in for two hours until a locksmith got us out. The electric outlets would not charge our Apple products. Piles of leaves from the trees on the same property kept falling into the pool on windy days. There was an infestation of some sort of insect coming in from under the floor molding in the master bedroom. There were no dishtowels, no blender. Constant calls to management on vacation became the annoyance we were on vacation to try to avoid.

My family had a very nice stay in your home. Everything was comfortable and fun for the kids. Great bedrooms and kitchen. Nice towels for the beach too!
