The facilities location was perfect. Lake view access, bike paths, restaurants, coffee house, boat doc and beach all in walking distance. The sleeping arrangements were great and clean. As for the rest of the premises the exterior landscape was filthy, dry, and dead. The outdoor BBQ was covered in cobwebs and unable to use. The interior was filthy leaving our feet jet black, all towels for showering and cleaning dishes were dingy, stained dark brown, and very rough like sandpaper. Thankfully we had close friends living there because I would have never attempted to cook anything in the home do to the filth,or allow my children to play on the floor any games or activities. The showers were lined with mold and the drain was molded without a drain cover. I was appalled how un-cleanly the interior of the home was. The exterior was swarming with wasps and entering every crack or hole in the windows, that we could not open them. It was 99-102 each day we were there and the thermostat was locked at 73 degrees and the master bedroom fan did not work.

Great location. Recent simple renovations. Was great for our family bike/lake vacation.
