Pet friendly is an understatement. The staff were so accommodating and went way above to make us and our dog Blue so welcome from his welcome pack to the fuss made over him it made our visit truly special. Massive thanks to Lucie, Taylor and Ray for looking after us and the old dog. Breakfast was brilliant and the I would highly recommend the Haggis, Neeps and Tatties. Probably the spiciest and best I've tasted.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The food in the restaurant was very good. And while the room was well appointed and comfortable there were spiderwebs all over the place and the shower was very difficult to control. It would randomly start scalding you and/or make an awful screeching noise in the plumbing.

Loved the hotel as a whole and the food was amazing. Unfortunately it was let down by the bedroom, where only half of it was useable, the other half had me bent double because of the eaves. The view of the run down shed also wasn't what we expected as the hotel stands beautifully on the shore.
