I wish I could find hotels like this on all my travels.

The hotel it’s beautiful! In the best area of Boston, service was amazing, bar and restaurant superb, everything was great.

Wonderful and warm staff!! Complimentary coffee hours should be provided at check in and be past 8am. Floors are thin so can hear everything above — footsteps, doors, shades lowered etc

Located in the most beautiful part of Boston… Charles street! It has a wonderful little restaurant and bar in the lobby. I had lunch there and it was delicious. There’s walking to everything …shops, restaurants, pubs and the Boston common. The staff was lovely really and so accommodating.

First time at the Whitney. Located in a nice area with great walkability to landmarks and shops. I would stay here again.

I stayed two nights at the Whitney Hotel. The two big wonderful things about this hotel is the location- right at the top of Charles Street in Beacon Hill and also its QUIET. My room was a King, the budget room, and faced the expressway. Despite this, I heard Nothing from outside. The room itself was perfection- very clean, lots of thoughtful touches, unlimited snacks, etc, etc. The only two things that could have been better for me was 1) while the sheets were of high hotel quality (I’m a sheet snob), I prefer a firm mattress which this was not. It was the typical ‘memory foam’ sinking kind of mattress. Comfortable and I slept well, just not what I really like. But this is hotel standard, so mute point. The second thing is while the free snacks were much appreciated, everything was sweet. Apples, granola bars, cookies. It would be great if there were chips, cheese and crackers as well. One thing I Loved is the train station is right across the street. All in all, the Whitney Hotel is a superb and very comfortable place to stay while in Boston.

So charming! The room was elegant and very clean, staff was very friendly, and you can’t beat Beacon Hill. The free ginger ale, tonic water, club soda and Mrs Tate’s cookies were a great touch.

Had a fabulous stay! Quaint, boutique hotel! Staff was extremely friendly and attentive. Room was cleaned daily. Even the towels smelled lovely!! I felt like our room was brand new! Very clean! And I am VERY particular! Great location! Would stay again!

The Whitney hotel is very nice. The staff at the front desk were great! The staff in the restaurant were not very friendly and service was very slow. The room was clean but extremely small.

Great location in Boston’s beautiful Beacon Hill. Near major hospitals which is why we are here. Friendly staff.

Beautiful spacious room, very comfortable. Enjoyed the shower amenities. Location is great. I also requested a mini fridge for my room and it came quickly, no problem. I appreciate the 12 pm checkout, too. It gave me time in the morning to enjoy breakfast at Tatte and walk through Boston Common without feeling like I had to rush back, AND I had enough time to relax in the room before leaving.

Our stay was incredible! We loved this hotel and all the luxury touches and excellent service made this hotel special. The bed was super comfy with fine linen. The towels and robes were heavenly and high quality toiletries provided in the bathroom. We received cartons of water every day when returning to the hotel. Ahead of our stay we were able to request a fridge in our room which was set up for us and nice and cool. Being tea rather than coffee drinkers, we were provided with a electric kettle and tea making facilities when requested. The location is excellent for exploring Boston and Beacon Hill is a beautiful part of the city. Yes, its got a price tag and this was a splurge hotel stay for us. But would we stay again….absolutely! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The Whitney is an absolutely beautiful hotel. The rooms are wonderful and the common areas stunning. But what sets it apart is the incredible service from every person you encounter. Dont miss a stay here. Fabulous restaurant as well.

Great first stay. New, modern boutique hotel with thoughtful details and preservation of historical/Boston elements. Some sound issues--hearing people walk overhead, sounds coming through the ductwork--but overall this was a wonderful oasis and I would stay again, happily.
