The Staff of the hotel were highly professional,Helpful,friendly and I would to Thank, Adam,Tatiana.Gergi,Auri and Javier for all their amazing Kindness and Hospitality World Class Customer Service was provided by all the staff .The owners of the Hotel should be very proud of them as they are both a major asset to the hotel and they provide very courteous and Professional Customer Service. The breakfast was first class as is the hotel's location. A fantastic time was had Staying at the Hotel Gatz and a Sincerest Thank you,for providing fantastic service during my first ever trip to Berlin. There will be a return visit.

Very quiet and clean.

Breakfast seemed expensive at €20. Tea, coffee and water station on different floors was inconvenient and limited types of tea avaliable.

Ho apprezzato molto il silenzio e la pace che c’era in stanza e nella zona attorno all’hotel. Di notte non si sentiva alcun rumore e ho potuto riposare a lungo e in totale serenità. La camera piccolina ma molto funzionale e comfortevole. Camera molto pulita. Apprezzato anche il dispenser di acqua calda/fredda gratuita e tisane.

Centrally located to main tourist attractions. We booked the upgraded room so it was very spacious and comfortable for two people!

Location was great

They charged me 20 euros on checkout for having makeup on a towel. I explained to them that we had experienced a power cut for nearly an hour and our tv didn’t work properly as it was barely visible and we had been nothing but pleasant about it. I explained it was just make up and it would wash out. She was rude and abrupt and the manager that joined the conversation was the same. Such a shame

No participamos del desayuno. muy buena ubicacion para nuestros deseos, cerca del metro, para conectarse con innumerables lugares. Lugar tranquilo, sin ruidos. buenos restaurantes (uno ligado al edificio) sin salir con buena cocina oriental.

I like a location, it was a big plus.

I think the price for breakfast was and is very high. For two breakfast we paid for almost 45€. Thats insane.

This is a great location in that it’s super easy to get everywhere else. I love a coffee in the morning but as this is kinda CBD there’s not really vibe. Having said that it was an easy 20-25 min walk to mitte which had fantastic coffee places. Beds super super comfy. We were traveling as two friends and there was more than enough space for both of us and our bags in the room. It was a really solid hotel and good for the price point. At the same time nothing special. But more than does the job in a good way! Some people say they should have the tea and water in the room but this wasn’t an issue for us. It’s a basic good clean hotel room. Not a serviced apartment. Front desk people seemed friendly and helpful enough however we didn’t really need to seek advice. We were going to use the bikes but didn’t end up using them. I did ask for a face washer and shower cap and they didn’t have these things which I think should be on standard offer for a hotel like this

Only that when we booked they couldn’t confirm a twin and was subject to availability and I feel this is something they can easily confirm up front. There’s no reason why they can’t

The location is excellent!! The hotel staff were friendly and helpful.

The air conditioning isn’t working properly. I couldn’t adjust the temperature, which was quite warm during the sleep. I also wish the hotel could provide an electric kettle in the room so we can boil some water to drink tea in the room.

The location is great, we enjoyed the breakfast and the room was really clean.

We missed a fridge in our room and it was also a bit small.

The staff was professional, friendly, and helpful. It was very convenient that we were able to rent bicycles right at the hotel and the hotel was located in an area close to some of the points of interest we were interested in visiting on our trip.

Complimentary coffee would be a nice added feature.

Strange smell in room when left, seemed to be toilet, air con cleared it tho.

We had used Welcome Pick-up Service from Airport (BER) to Hotel Gat Point Charliel. This pick-up offer was proposed in message of Booking/Hotel Gat Point Charliel. I assumed that Booking and Hotel offer reliable Airport pick-up/transfer supplier, but in fact it is not true. Here is my actual experience: I have ordered Airport (BER) pick-up for my daughter because I need in-time meeting in front of arrival exit gate (it was promised/emphasized in pick-up offer) as well as safety reasons. I clearly state pick up time in my order and my daughter come intime, but driver lady was late almost for 30 min, instead meeting near arrival exit gate she asked my daughter to exit airport building, and look for bus station stop where she (driver) finally pick-up my daughter. There were no sorry, just simple orders where she (driver) supposes to performed pick-up - bus stop. I regret to conclude: unprofessional, low quality Airport pick-up service.

Everything was perfect, helpful and friendly staff, clean and very comfortable rooms, excellent location, great value for money. Would definitely recommend this hotel and we were very sad to leave Berlin! 😊
