We enjoyed our stay very much, however, there are a lot of stairs & the art work in the room wasn’t our favorite style, but Peter made our stay very nice

We had a wonderful family stay at this fabulous apartment complex offering wonderful sea views across the bay. The air condition apartment featured a well furnished lounge and kitchen area as well as a master bedroom and bathroom with excellent shower. We all enjoyed cooling off in the pool although we swam in the sea daily as the beach is just a five minute walk away. The host Peter was incredibly hospitable and attentive and we will certainly be back.

Great location, great property

The apartment was modern and comfortable. Peter was a great host and really cares for the complex and his town. There is parking on site, it’s just a little tight but very doable. Cavtat is a great place to stay outside of Dubrovnik, really has every you would want at a ocean town.

Nice residence ! Recommend to book view on the sea ! Easy to walk around (if you are willing to walk). Peter was lovely and gave us good advice ! Cleaning was ok but not perfect.

Noise from construction right in front of the building. Were not aware this was not fully serviced flats and had not brought enough towels for beach/pool and shower or planned to shop for toiletpaper, amenities and cleaning product. Saw two snakes slithering across the path on the way to the beach. The owner was constantly hovering by the pool.

There is nothing nearby and it is a decent walk to get to any beach or any restaurants. I had to fight to get towels.

Amazing sea view from the property and kids loved the quiet pool. Only 10 mins to airport. There is a steep walk from parking area and lots of steps to the room which we weren't expecting. Lovely 15min walk to restaurants in evening. Host was friendly and knowledgable. The property from a far and in pictures looks lovely. Closeup, water damage to the bedroom, ants in kitchen and bathroom, no supplies like basic tea, coffee and shower gel like any of the other apartments we stayed in. The room was a lot smaller than I expected.

Great location and clean property with everything we needed. Perfect base for getting around London.

Easy communication and support despite our late arrival!

The property manager Peter was wonderful. Great conversation and very authentic. He reminded me of my dad. Humble kind and good people. The value of the property was incredible. I hope to be back on my next trip. Tha k you for making my trip all that more enjoyable.

The apartment is spacious and modern. The views of the Adriatic Sea, town, & sunset AMAZING. Petar was also a friendly, helpful host.

A lovely place to stay. A nice bit away from the main town but close enough that we could walk everywhere! Host Petar was excellent, he was there enough if you needed anything but also gave you enough space to do your own thing! 10/10 would recommend!

I loved how modern and up to date the apt was, I will say there are so many stairs I was not expecting, which made getting our luggage up to the apt a bit difficult but overall I loved the experience!

This property was breathtaking, the views were unbeatable and a walking distance to the beach. Will warn you that there is a hill and lots of steps to get to your residency. Peter was very helpful and kind.

Building and surroundings are under construction, dirty and noisy modern apartment, very nice ocean view, but stuffy and too small for 4 people sofabed was really the worst. came out with neck pain

The management not willing help and very bad manners.

We were positively surprised by the apartment - it was modern, clean and had amazing view to the sea from the living room/kitchen. Also the location near the beach was nice. Thank you!

Apartment 5B. Modern new construction with kitchen/4 people dining/sitting area with sofa, sofa chair separate large bathroom, and bedroom with a door. Excellent sea view from large glass ceiling to ground windows, nice sitting arranged on terrace. Parking on the lower level leaves 50-70 steps to climb with luggage! Microwave is nicely placed, but not plugged!

Great location, awesome views. Small details need fixed. No bread knife, no spatula, hot tub not working, messy around the pool area, microwave missing, not enough pillows or blankets, Wi-Fi spotty. Overall still a great place to stay.

This unit was VERY clean, as if we may have been some of the first people to stay there! The views and the balcony were amazing. The unit was much larger than other ones we stayed in, in the same price range. Would definitely stay here again.

The view of the Adriatic Sea from our apartment was spectacular. The apartment was spacious and the bed was super comfy. Linens were a mystery to us but we adapted.

Just returned from a great holiday here at Alpha residence, beautiful location, Peter full of tips and knowledge, can’t wait to go back soon

In a lovely quite area of cavtat, about a 15 minute walk to the centre, a lot of steps up to it, so hope your fit, petar the caretaker was fabulous, nothing too much trouble and very helpful and always around for guests, kitchen could have had a few more cups and glasses but overall apartment clean and spacious enough, some nice restaurants on this side of cavtat to explore

Great location and flat. The only item I’d suggest the owner change is the sheets and bath linens. They were a bit on the rough side.

We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment with a sea view. Yes, the apartment was at the top of a short steep slope and some steps and yes, there were some building works underway near the property but this did not distract from a large, clean apartment, modernly furnished with an amazing view. The short walk along the promenade was beautiful with lots of bars and tavernas along the way. Petar was very helpful and couldn't do any more for us. All in all, we had a brilliant break!

Great views, close pretty beach, clean cool room with lovely terrace, Petar was especially kind and helpful.

Petar who's working for all of the establishments from the host is a real gem! He is more than communicative and always there to help people and share his knowledge of the area. He gives awesome tips on what to do and what not. The area is great with many restaurants and beaches that can be reach by walk. The appartment is very modern and cozy with an access to outdoor furnitures, pool and a great view. It can be a bit hard to find the little road to access the appartments at first but we got used to it.
