The room was spacious, comfortable and clean as always. I felt secure and the room was ideal. Tea and coffee facilities were provided. Did not include breakfast with my booking but i have no doubt this would have been great also.

There is nothing I could fault this hotel on as I stay here on a monthly basis and am always happy with my choice.

We didn’t have WiFi in our room and barely any cell signal, the location is a bit hard to access by walking

room was very spacious and clean, the bed was comfy and the temperature of the room was comfortable. we did not have breakfast but did had a meal in the restaurant which was tasty.All the staff were very helpful and friendly.

Location, big room

Ample parking on site and short walk to Cardiff Marine Quay. Rooms very comfortable. Excellent room service and toiletries and refreshments,i,e tea, coffee, water and biscuits refreshed daily. English and continental breakfast very good.

We want to take this time to thank Dean Hanlon and the front desk team for their excellent service. The housekeeping staff are friendly, and the rooms are clean and comfortable. The restaurant has very good food. The location is great for Cardiff Bay and more. Once we parked the car we went for a meal, watch a film, and went to the bay for music and drinks; because everything was within 5-15 minutes of walking distance. We felt welcomed from the moment we arrived until we checked out.

After a very long day travelling, I was absolutely starving, ordered room service which was not only delicious but came incredibly promptly

The decor is quite dated, don't get me wrong it wasn't enough to put me off staying again, but a little refresh probably wouldn't go a miss

Always enjoy staying at the Future inn, location free parking, twin double beds ideal for a family. Also fab breakfast 😀 Been using the Future In. for over 10 years when staying in Cardiff.

Breakfast was good and reception staff helpful.

View from window was onto the steel works. No trees to block this.

Stay here regularly as it’s close to the Cardiff City Stadium, perfect for the bowling, bars and restaurants down the bay and it’s not far from the centre of town if need to pop in Reception is always friendly and helpful Rooms are a good size and the EV Charging is free

We didn’t have any towels when we first entered the room (resolved by housekeeping), but that’s about it

The Future Inn is a comfortable place to stay that is surprisingly spacious. It has seen better days, but haven't we all. It has it's own carparking and is well placed only 10 minutes walk from the Cardiff Waterfront accessible across the carpark and through the Red Dragon Centre.

Our overnight stay would have been better but for the weather, but, this is winter and my Satnav which took us right through the centre of Cardiff when it could have stayed on the A4232 all the way.

Comfy bed with plenty of pillows. Room and bathroom good size for two doubles. Good variety of breakfast items both hot and cold. Didn't have to queue.

Used restaurant for an evening meal. Slightly below average. At least four items not available from the menu. Not very well cooked. No one came to take our dessert order so ended up leaving.

Accessible bathroom, plenty of free bottles of water. Breakfast was good with no delays. Great Vegetarian sausages.

The room was a little tight for a wheelchair user and 3 others but I fully understand that the rooms can't be massive. On reflection we would either book a suite or 2 rooms. I also waited half an hour for a cocktail in the bar. No delays for other drinks.

The location was fantastic for visiting the city centre, attractions, restaurants along with the bay. The hotel was very well set out inside. Lovely entrance and rooms were spacious. Parking was super convenient with a large parking area adjacent to the hotel. our room was very quiet The staff were very helpful and friendly.
