Location of the hotel was excellent and the room was great as there was a lot of space.
We had a little issue getting into the hotel, but a phone call fixed it immediately.

The location was close to everything within walking distance. The staff were super friendly and helpful and responsive to questions. The room was unique and had historical elements. Beds were very comfortable. Patio was nice to sit outside. A good variety of items were included in the breakfast. The rooms were very spacious.
In the particular room we were in the bathroom mirror was inset into the wall far away from the vanity making it very difficult to do things like shave.

Fantastic location, and I love the balcony view of the harbor. The room decor is really cool, too! They accommodated our pillow and constant towel requests, which made for a comfortable stay :)). Love the size of our room as well - HUGE! This is our 3rd time in this hotel because of the room, view, and accessibility to the harbor/ restaurants/shopping. The orange juice is wonderful with the breakfast. The staff is VERY helpful with restaurant ideas, etc.
The breakfast is not as wonderful as it used to be - it is smaller. I prefer Greek yogurt (and honey), as well as eggs and fresh fruit, with every breakfast. This used to be the case with our first several stays.
