Kresten Palace Hotel

Sehr schönes Hotel, es ist eine sehr große Anlage die sehr gepflegt ist. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist groß und Vielfältig.

Wir hatten im dritten Stock ein Zimmer mit Meerblick und mit wunderschönem Ausblick aber das Bad war ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen aber das Zimmer war sehr schön.

It was a huge resort with lots of great facilities! They had a pool, games room, mini mart and a restaurant and bar by the pool, also lots of activities and things to do. Super family friendly. If you didn’t want to you wouldn’t even have to leave the hotel! The reception and cleaning staff were absolutely lovely! Our rooms were cleaned everyday and we were provided with fresh towels ect. Cleaning staff throughout the hotel always said hi and made us feel welcome! Free parking lot right outside for guests which was super convenient. 10 minutes drive to the old town and lots of nice beaches nearby! Also breakfast is great and has a huge variety of foods! Comfy bed and pillows !

Our shower overfilled and flooded if you showered more than 5-8 minutes, the staff at the cocktail bar were really rude and the drinks weren’t made with much care which was disappointing because everyone else was super kind and welcoming Also the laundry service prices were shocking! 5 euros PER SHIRT!? We paid 10euros for 3 kg of washing in the city, washed dried and folded so avoid if you can. I️ have no idea how someone could charge that! You would pay 100€ for one load🤯

Good location, room was nice

They didn’t have available iron !! I came to Rodos for one night for family wedding and couldn’t iron my husbands shirt, ridiculous! Also there was not even one bottle of water in the fridge provided in the room. Also a cleaning lady entered in the morning without nocking the door, then she shouted something and she just left
