Falcon Hotel

Good small budget hotel in excellent location. Friendly staff. Shower was good and hot. Kettle and Nescafé coffee and tea in rooms. No traffic noise.

All fine. Room is dated but to be expected for the price. Be aware no lift if you have mobility issues.

Greta location especially if you have come off a long flight.

Smallest room I’ve ever been in. Room needs a new shower head.

We stayed with my son for a night. We had a top-floor room (no 19). We liked the location most; the hotel isn't on a busy street but is close to Paddington's train/tube station (a 5-minute walk) and nearby pubs, restaurants/shops. We also liked the friendly staff.

To get to the room. Their card system is horrible, and with this room in particular, it took ages to get in; in the end, we had to call the receptionist to help us open the door. The staff were friendly, but they gave very little information about Wi-Fi and check-out, and the instructions for the entrance door and room access were poor. The room was clean, but not in every area: we found some items/rubbish in the table drawer; the bathroom sink and mirror weren't cleaned well; the windows couldn't be closed; and overall, the room/bathroom and shower need a bit of uplift.
