- great staff, very friendly and accommodating - central location but still quiet with a nice little garden - bathtub in the booked room - restaurant was able to cater for special requirements (0 spicy etc.)

- no high chair for children available

Breakfast was nice. Room was also nice

It was lovely and clean. They gave us a choice of rooms. They were very friendly and head of restaurant “Rague” was amazing

It’s only a small thing but when I asked for a taxi to airport the reception said it would cost 1,400. Parked outside are taxi’s that will do it for 500. I don’t think they need to do it that way. It cost nothing to just call a taxi.

Did not have breakfast as we had an early am flight

the steps leading to first floor. I think it is important for the reception to see the kind of people checking in. we are above 60, and to climb up steep steps to go to a first floor is not easy. I gave this feedback to the Manager, and he suggested a change of rooms immediately. But we had already got our luggages in the room where things were all over the place, so declined the change in room. He did mention first floor room, and I assumed that all other rooms were full, which was not the case.
