If you choose to rent the generator, it will come with 1 gallon of gasoline which will last about 4 hours. If you need more, it will be your responsibly to fuel it up. If the black and gray water tanks are not dumped before returning the trailer, there will be $125.00 fee from security deposit. Both of the 20lb propane tanks will be full when you pick up the trailer. If the propane is not refilled upon return, a $20.00 fee will be held from security deposit plus the cost to refill propane. We very much encourage you to bring your pets with you, however any damage caused by pets or potty accidents will result if full forfeiture of the security deposit. Any missing or damaged items will result in $25.00 fee plus cost to replace item. If we need to do a deep clean of the trailer due to lack of care and unsanitary conditions, there will be an additional $125.00 cleaning fee.
