Just home from an absolutely wonderful week long stay. Apartment was in a superb location & had everything we needed + more. Hosts were welcoming and left us with a few bits to get settled which was a lovely touch. A great base for exploring everything Nice & surroundings have to offer. 1 minute walk from Tram. 5 minutes from train station. Highly recommended. Thanks, Ciara Kelly & Andrew

Very good location, only 3 train stations to the Place Massena. Charming apartment with a nice terrace next to a small market and plenty of cafes. A very kind host accepted us. The Internet was working well. Beds are confortable. The second bedroom has their own wash basin and a douche inside the room that is clever and confortable.
finding a parking space on the street is almost impossible in the evening, but next to the apartment there is public parking garage where you can even buy 3-day or weekly tickets that are cheaper.
