Nice house, had everything we needed & very clean. Amazing views of the town, sea & sky from the kitchen and lounge. Great to watch the change in weather & time of day. Really comfortable beds, we slept so well. Lovely sofa with plenty of room in the lounge & the kitchen was well equipped.

We caught the bottom of the car on the driveway when we arrived as it was so steep, then realised it was best to reverse in & keep to the left. The bathroom could have been a bit more modernised & there were random 'ornaments' in the house which were unnecessary, but it didn't affect our stay. We did have to report the window in the lounge as there was a large gap around the top when it was closed, hopefully this has been fixed. We would have liked an aerial attached to the tvs, it's nice to just have programs come on rather than hunt for them on catch up channels.

Views from the location, particularly the kitchen were superb. Lots of space, large kitchen, separate dining room and lounge. Lovely gardens. Very well equipped, all new utensils and quality appliances. Short walk from town centre and railway. Good rail services from Dawlish and easier to explore than by car.

A welcome book would have avoided the hunt for the washing machine (in the garage with the dryer). No towel rail which made it hard to dry bath towels. A bit of a knack needed to get onto the drive. Hills to the property would be challenging for some.
