Excellent value the money. The house is beautifully decorated, clean and comfortable. It's a great place if you want somewhere quiet to stay that's still close enough to the city for day trips, close to Cumberland state forest and other nature reserves. The property is easily accessed my bus via bus from beecroft station. The hostess, Alda, is exceptionally friendly and welcoming and made the experience of staying there pleasant.
Can't think of anything

Breakfast was adequate in an idyllic location. Being greeted by the cockatoos was a bonus!
Decor was fantastic, the room comfortable and the bathroom was gorgeous.
A bit far from Hornsby (my choice). A few small glitches.

The location was close to transport but leafy and quiet. I like to walk and there was a nice green space I could walk through in the evenings after work.
Nothing to not like.
