Das Hotel ist toll: sehr zuvorkommendes Personal, sehr gutes Frühstück ( drinnen und draußen ), schöne Bat mit tollen Ausblick, Lage top ( Altstadt ) Unser Zimmer hatte eine schöne Terrasse !!!

Die Zimmergrösse war mit 2 Koffern für 1 Woche schwierig. Dafür war das Platzangebot etwas zu klein.

Air conditioning unit wasn’t functioning properly in my room needs a service

The room was beautiful with incredible view of the river. The staff were great. Breakfast was delicious and sitting on the terrace was an amazing way to start the day.

The roof terrace became quite busy at cocktail hour and some days we could not get a spot to sit.

Good location, the rooftop pool is nice. The walking tour was good. The staff on the rooftop were lovely and very attentive.

Attention to detail and customer service lacks, the rooms are basic. On arrival, we weren’t allowed to use the pool or the rooftop due to a private party which was frustrating as this was the main reason for booking the hotel and we were only there there for three nights. We had booked an upgraded room (comfort room), but the DJ booth was directly underneath it. No understanding from the staff or offer of an apology. The hotel is expensive for what it is. They have a DJ Thursday to Friday on the rooftop, the hotel doesn’t have a luxury feel, the reception desk is busy and not a very relaxing experience. Our room didn’t get cleaned until 5pm each day, which was an awkward time as we would be coming back at that time to shower prior to dinner.
