Friendly and professional welcome/goodbye by Alexandra, efficient explanation of the facilities, clean and pleasantly spacious apartment, well equiped, appliances function, parking space on the premises. Contacts before and during our stay were engaging. Fulfilled our expectations completely.

We were contacted by the host the day before arrival to arrange a time to meet at the property, although we were a little early our host was there to greet us to handover the keys & explain the facilities to us.

The studio is super comfortable for two and very well equipped. We would have loved to stay a bit longer. It's perfectly located, only 5minutes walk from the lake, and few minutes walk to the shops (bakery, pharmacy, groceries shop and restaurants). The place is also only 30min drive from the station when we managed to go on snow hikes.

The outside of the block belies the apartment which is finished to a fantastic standard. This was our last stay on our 6 week tour and had the best towels ! Lovely and white and thick . The apartment is very well equipped and Alexandra generous with her time and welcome. Information about local restaurants and activities is comprehensive and very useful . The location is great , particularly if you have bikes as not only is there a place to leave them but you can cycle into Annecy -no need to join all the traffic - just enjoy the views of this lovely lake.

A very modern and well-equipped apartment in an old building that has been updated. Excellent location, very helpful and responsive hostess (Alexandra). Amenities were appreciated. Convenient parking.

Everything was lovely. A little less furniture would provide more space, especially when the bed is down.
