The hotel was close to all of the local restaurants and beaches. The staff was lovely and so helpful. Our room was spacious and always nicely cleaned.

We were missing some speakers in the room to play music.

Winner of our trip, just for the first evening we were dissapointed because of the second floor, as in the pictures it looks like the room should be in the first floor with direct entry to the pool, but for all of these type of rooms photos added from the first floor. But it didn’t ruined our stay in Icarus. The parking is before the hotel, the staff, Kiki and lady from the pool bar was really friendly, we enyojed our stay in Icarus. Thanks!

Only 10 apartments in this hotel so it was very cozy. Sometimes felt like we had a private pool all to ourselves. We didn't hear anything feom otjer guests. The room was comfy although we are 5 persons, youngest 12 yrs.

I don't have anything negative. The only thing I could point out is that the barhroom really needs some kind of airflow. After showers of 5 people the bathroom was like a sauna.

the noise of the guests coming in at all hours of the night. with the room located at the stairs, it wasn’t nice hearing so much noise especially in the early mornings.

Eleftheria, the manager waa true example of how to help and support guests. We couldn't fault her, she was friendly, informative and kind. Location was perfect, off the main road so nice & quiet and yet still only 5 min walk to nearest beach. Both rooms were lovely, with a massive shower room, lovely balcony, huge sofa and seating area and comfiest beds i've slept on in years. WI-Fi was great, pool was lovely, I am definitely coming here again

I would have loved an oven and some more cooking utenisils. Apart from that nothing really.

Accomodation was amazing, nice design hotel with great pool and awesome staff :) Receptionist was very friendly and helpfull with everything. Very customer oriented :)

It is best to rent a car for a stay if you want to spend time im the city but there are also local buses you can use.

The staff is exceptionally helpful and friendly. She let us have a late check out with reasonable price, very responsive and caring, and gave us a lot of useful advice on beaches and sightseeing. The beaches, shops, supermarkets and restaurants are all within a few minutes’ walk.

It would be great if the kitchenette in the two-bedroom suite is larger, and washing machine is provided.

We really enjoyed the vacation at Icarus. The design is a modern splendor, we loved it! The house was clean and very well maintained. A word of thanks to Elly, our hostess, who was extremely attentive to our needs, as our younger son had a medical situation, and she made sure we get the needed treatment and was there for us all along. Thanks!

Very nice place, good location and friendly personnel.

We loved our apartment with jacuzzi! Everything it's so clean and smells very good! The location is perfect, near the beach, near the restaurants and near Chania (15 minutes away). Is a quiet place and it has a perfect pool. It has also a free parking place. Special thanks to Eleftheria for recommendation and for free apartment upgrade :)

The staff is excellent, our son had a medical problem and received help with the medical appointment. The hotel is 5 minutes walk from Kalamaki beach and restaurants. Excellent cleanliness and spacious rooms.

We enjoyed the room, the terrace and the pool. Our room was at the ground floor so we could exit directly at the pool area. The room is very large, with big walk-in shower and a jacuzzi. It was very clean, fresh towels every day. There is a local shop just down the street and several places to eat on the main road. Supermarkets are 3-5min drive and Chania is 10min drive.

The matress was a litthe too soft for my taste.

Close to the beach, supermarket and other shops. Small but clean pool. Breakfast is acceptable.

Only one bathroom, low lighting in the evening
