Omar was a wonderful host and an exceptionally kind person. From the very first day, he took the time to show us around Tangier and made us feel truly welcome. We had several enjoyable conversations with him, and his recommendations for places to visit and things to do were very helpful. He was always quick to respond to our messages and was available whenever we needed assistance. The apartment offers fantastic views of the sea and the boulevard and is perfectly located in the heart of Tangier, with many attractions, restaurants, and shops within easy reach. Omar's hospitality and local knowledge made our stay even more memorable.

The only drawback was street noise (when the windows were open), which is to be expected given the central location in the heart of Tangier

The location is great, though you get a lot of noise from the street all night long (especially when Morocco plays World Cup matches). The apartment was clean, the contact with the owner/manager was efficient. I liked the coffee machine (kept coffee warm for long) and the air conditioning. The washing machine was a big asset.

Some amenities were damaged and would require fixing/replacement (like the oven, though we did not plan to bake anything so not a problem for us). The fact there were no furniture in the bathroom (despite its large size) was the most annoying thing. The elevators were moody and sometimes did not want to go up. And the noise mentioned above. However, in general a great value/money ratio. I do recommend.

L'emplacement Impeccable, tres proche,tres propre.
