Hotel Imperial Paris

My family stayed in an interior-facing room; we liked it it was quiet. The location was excellent, the cleanliness incredible, and it was comfortable we loved our stay! 10/10! The staff were discreet; I’d also like to thank the housekeeper who kept the room in excellent condition! The room was bright, and the beds were comfortable. We really made a great choice with this hotel! Thank you, hotel team.

Just a suggestion: if it's a family, keep an eye on the shower gel and make sure to replenish it.

Location. It’s located in the 9th district so a stone’s throw from all the sights. The hotel itself was exceptionally clean, with fresh towels everyday. I stayed in a quadruple room as I have teens and a pull out sofa bed is not the greatest, however in this hotel they had proper beds which were really comfy. What’s more the room was spacious too. The staff were top notch too!!

A warm welcome. The room was well presented. Bed was comfy with lovely crisp bedlinen and plenty of pillow choice.

Although a step in shower was requested it was an over bath which wasn't ideal with my mobility issues. Limited selection of teas. My own fault I normally take my own

Gute Lage, bemühtes Personal nachts

Schlaflose Nacht, da lauter Brummton aus dem Lüftungssystem alle 20 Minuten. Zimmerwechsel Nachts hat nichts gebracht, da auch dort Brummton. In erstem Zimmer war die Klimaanlage schimmlig, in zweitem nicht. Uns wurde als Entschuldigung ein late check-out angeboten, wir hatten aber einen Zug frühmorgens und hätten wohl auch tagsüber bei dem Geräusch nicht schlafen können. Beim Check-Out wurde gesagt, ich könne mich schriftlich beschweren. Auf meine Beschwerde auch nach über einer Woche keine Reaktion.
