Location is great. It is spacious and well stocked.
The shower temperature is very hot and we could not figure out how to change it so not scalding.

Host was immediately responsive and helpful. 5 adults stayed and very roomy and comfortable and quiet. The kitchen is away from most rooms and able to shut door so those early birds can cook/make coffee without waking others. Kitchen is well stocked. Wifi was great. Location - walkable to grocery store- about 4 blocks away, many restaurants nearby a tiny liquor store next door. If you have a car, there is a parking spot in a garage across the street.
only thing was two rooms with queen beds only had fans and windows to open. It was warm when we were there and those two rooms were warm, otherwise the rest of the home, including the rooms with twin beds were cool with air conditioning.
