Alarus Luxe Hotel

Bathroom was food and my towel in the first two nights was amazing:

The hotel was very out of the way in my opinion and the staff could not be bothered to even try to speak to me in English. Many just froze up and came across like they couldn’t be bothered. I understand there’s a war going on but I found this place very unwelcoming to say the lease. Even at the end when I was leaving and needed help with a bolt as I accidentally deleted it eSIM the girl at the counter just didn’t seem to want to help when I gave her >double the actual bolt fees to the bus station as I was in a hurry a and didn’t want to waste time changing money. Ukraine was so nice to me, but Alarus Lux was extremely underwhelming.

Amazing hotel, the room was very clean, it felt luxurious. Walking distance to the city center. I parked my car in front of the hotel on the street.

The hotel is relatively close to the center, a few blocks from the "Pryvoz" market, pleasant staff. The restaurant on the roof of the hotel has a terrace with a view - a great place for breakfast on warm sunny days.

Unfortunately, there is no backup power in case of power outages, hotel residents are given rechargeable flashlights.

The property was clean and fine enough for the price. Breakfast was decent with an upper floor terrace to sit on. The staff was friendly and helped us with parking.

My negative room comes mainly because of our room.The room they put us in was a strange corner room with no windows. The room its self was clean and the bed descent, but we felt like we were staying in someone’s closet.
