My stay was just okay! Motel 6, will not be my choice of hotels in the future. No elevator, light bulbs were burned out. Had to go to the front desk to have your key reset everytime you left your room. This was a major inconvenience. No coffee maker or fridge in the room. The building was dirty, with noise and barking dogs late at night. I didnt feel safe, parking lot had junk car parked with a gas can next to it. I would not stay at this hotel again.

I refused to stay in the room. The whole premise was filthy, windows broken, walls peeling, carpet destroyed, trash in the hallways. I refused the room, the company didn’t bill hotels.com, but hotels.com billed me anyway. Hotels.com took my money for 2 different hotels this weekend that I did not stay in and has refused any refunds. The first hotel they cancelled my reservation with the property and the property was full when I reached my destination. After booking with the second property upon arrival it was unfit to stay in. Both attempts at getting a refund have been met with rudeness, apathy, and dismissal from hotel.com. I am traveling with my family to support my daughter in her AAU volleyball season. I have alerted the families of all 24 of my daughters teammates of the situation. We have several weekend tournaments and camps over the next couple months and I am strongly encouraging them to avoid hotels.com and their sister companies. I will be doing the same for the baseball league I coach for. Unfortunately hotels.com made an error and turned it into a huge problem by not owning it. I will share this experience with the traveling baseball, football, soccer, and basketball teams that I am involved with. I am also sharing this experience with the school district that I am employed with. I am a fairly forgiving person, but hotels.com made consistent poor customer service choices given multiple opportunities to do the right thing.

Showed up and was given a key to check the room to see if it was ok, never a good sign.... then the keys multiple times didn't work so i couldn't even get in... so cancelled... still waiting on my money to come back....

Pillows wet as hard as rocks, no soap at all in the bathroom and no hot water.

This was awful. The first room had trash everywhere. They moved me to a second room, that was covered in soda

The property & motel really should be condemned. The city or county Board of Health needs to get involved. We looked at 2 rooms & both had never been cleaned. The pool which looks beautiful in the website, was 1/3 full of green, algaed water. Carpets ripped out, stairs with no carpet. A sad day for Motel 6. We never did stay. It was just as bad as a horror movie.

Very scary hotel. Smelled of burnt plastic and weed. Walked into our room and saw a cockroach scurry across the table. "Interesting" folk hang around the doors smoking. If it wasn't for the clerk asking if we wanted to look at the room before checking in, we would have wasted $80.

It was an old facility not very well maintained. It did not hav e the microwave that was advertised. We had a reservation for the following Saturday but decided to cancel it and take a Howard Johnson in Gillette WY instead. Much cleaner and a lot cheaper!
We will not use Motel 6 in the future unless it is a new facility.

I wanted a place to shower and sleep. It was adequate for that purpose. The room was in need of repair.

The entire hotel smelled of marijuana and was filthy. No fan in the bathroom, broken TV, broken bathroom light. I could go on and on. Disgusting!!!

This hotel is disgusting. The room has a strong smell of smoke that permeates everything. The smoke detector and sprinkler have been ripped out. The drapes are stained and damaged. There are layers of dirty grime on the floor. It is in a skanky neighborhood. It is loud from traffic from the freeway and people coming in and out at all hours. Gives Motel 6 a bad name.

'It can't be that bad!' Wrong. Getting checked in was a mess, they couldn't even make the room keys for another hour (after I paid), no refunds, no change for cash. I will say the staff tried to help as best as they could. I got my key card and someone was already in the room. Finally got a new room, not in good condition but all I needed was a bed and bathroom, so it was good enough. Many things broken and dirty. No locks on doors inside building (torn off). All in all, if you just need a bed they can provide it, as long as you can successfully book a room.

It is interesting that they told me to check out the room before paying because there are no refunds.
The room is ok and the price is cheap, but there were alot of people hanging around and a family might not feel safe. AC was set to 63 in the room so it was cold to start. i just turned it off.
Noone on staff was there in the morning. A customer was trying to report that some thefts happened over night. Altogether, I would avoid it.

I was on the main floor. I woke up to water having dripped onto the desk and onto the toilet and surrounding the toilet (not a toilet leak since the seat was also wet). All the floorboards were warped so this isn't a new issue. Mold on the walls in the bathroom.

This Motel 6 is the worst Motel 6 I have ever stayed at. This place would have to be extensively renovated to qualify to accommodate the homeless. I think of Motel 6 as a budget place to stay. It should use some of its budget to repair and maintain the place.

I only liked the poor employees trying to make best of what they have for a motel. Other than that I wouldn’t even pay $5 to have any of my personal belongings touching anything in this establishment.

You should be ashamed of yourself for having this fleabag hotel on your sight...got there late,the 1 person there was sitting outside filthy ,the room i had reserved was given away the room he put me in was filthy falling apart and dangerous...i walked in from a dark hall to a room where the flooring was buckled tripped on it bruised ribs hurt shoulder hit my head...no tv,no shower curtain or towels...left in the morning...got charged for 1 night,id like that money ;ack...IT WAS DISCUSTING

It was the worst experience I've had in a hotel in a long time from the smell of the room which the guy claimed was not a non-smoking room well it smelled horrible to the single towel they gave me which had a toothpick stuck in it good thing I wasn't drying off my face at the time when I found that to the trash in the hallway outside the door to the customers that were screaming and throwing things all hours of the night and the one guy that got sick of listening to his dog in his room so he threw it out in the hallway so we could all share in the screaming. No one from the staff ever came anywhere up to that hallway oh yeah the TV had one channel one. I don't think I need to go on anymore it was crap

Very basic accommodations. The glass in the door and wall at the entrance to the office was very dirty. The outer door was stuck open. The desk clerk was in an old t-shirt and shorts. The carpet in the hall was filthy. The room was clean enough. No breakfast. No microwave or refrigerator in the room. Had to request a blanket for the bed. In other cities I've found Motel 6's that were refurbished, updated and pleasant to stay in, which is why I chose the Motel 6 in Billings. It has evidently been left unchanged, unrepaired, and staffed haphazardly. It's the only hotel in which I've been offered to see the room in case I want to refuse it, with full refund, and told that other guests have refused their rooms. I will not stay at the Billing Motel 6 again.

Poorly serviced. After checking in, couldn’t find any soap in the room. The room and hallway smells due to the aging of the building.

The place is a complete dump. Garbage all around the outside of the building and the lobby is disgusting and dirty also. Staff is completely useless and do not care about anything but gettinf theor money. Do not ecer stay here. Run away!! It had also apparebtly had alot of crime/murders at the motel.

This is the worst place we have stayed in ever. Entry doors are broken. Stairs are losing tread covering, rooms are a disgrace. You should not be showing this motel in your Expedia rental options.

I was looking for a room, I booked on line and despite having the confirmation code I was told they did not have my reservation. They said they could give me a room with no tv at discount….. the room had human blood, was filthy with food, trash under the bed and needles under the mattress. It was the worst place I’ve ever stayed. I would rather sleep on the streets.

Booked this motel only to arrive at 3 am to be told that there was no room. Young man at the desk said his boss told him to cancel all bookings. His comment to me as I left was "My Bad". I had to call to get refund next day. Could not get through to Motel 6. Thank Goodness I used Expedia. They refunded my money even though they could not get through to Motel 6 in Billings. This is the second bad experience with this Motel.

This place was nasty. Drug deals going on in the parking lot. People smoking in the hallways. Whole place felt unsafe. While walkiing down the hall some guy was pounding on a door and blocking the peephole with a knife.

The room and bathroom was dirty. Floor coverings were worn out. It is a shame that they are allowed to rent rooms to guest.

I didnt even check in. Front desk was great, they allowed me to first see the room but said couldnt promise it had been cleaned. Room was clean but tub was rusted, lights didnt work, hallways were dirty, loud music and TVs throughout, people yelling and what looked to be homless hanging around outside. I didnt feel safe to take kids there. Glad front desk lets you see the rooms prior. 2 other check ins canceled in front of me as well.
