Airport hotel without a shuttle and it cost $70 for Ubers so add this to your nightly cost if you’re comparing to other hotels. We arrived at 2:40am (exhausted) with 2 kids and we were told the computer system was rebooting and we had to wait 15 minutes to check in. We only had 3.5 hours to sleep before our next flight so naturally we wanted stop get right to our room and crash. I’ve never experienced this at any hotel in 20 years of travelling. The front desk clerk was wearing a hoodie. I love hoodies but this felt unprofessional and maybe a tad sketchy when it’s a first impression of a hotel. Room was clean and comfortable but I won’t be returning because of the lack of shuttle and risk of having to wait to check in when the sole purpose is to sleep for as many hours as possible.

Stayed for 3 nights for visiting family and friends and shopping. Property is nice, clean, well located but must have a car!! Shops and restaurants about 15 - 20 min away. Nothing really within walkable distance. Rooms are basic, very quiet, super good matress, sadly no small microwave which would be very handy, no glassware for in room drinks, even for water, just a couple of paper coffee cups?? Small bar fridge is nice and usefull, ample good quality towels, super blackout window blind which is very nice since office building is just "right there", on east side. Restaurant and bar on site are nice. Overall experience was pleasant, and as mentionned quietness was really appreciated. Overall good experience

Both the shower head, and tap were loose.

Good value, getting dated, needs a renovation. Good location and quiet. Hard to get bill and invoicing not correct, got a restaurant charge that I didn't make. Night front desk staff was having chicken (with a strong smell) then tried serving me with greasy hands. All this will being on a video call. Clearly not Novotel standard.

Very comfortable for the price. Near to the highway and easy to get where we needed to go. Staff were very friendly and helpful and hotel was quiet.

Convenient location but rooms are dated. Walls scuffed, blinds ripped, towels look dirty.
