We loved the set-up of this house and the easy access to the beach. We also loved the deck area. It was clean and a great location!!

Everything went according to plan. The house was really nice. Rear of the living area was all glass facing the ocean. Private walk to the beach made it perfect. Will love to stay there again!

This is a great place. There was lots of room for my family of 9 for our annual Christmas Get Together. The view was magnificent. We all enjoyed our stay. There were a couple of tiny details that could be addressed and one safety issue. The safety issue is regarding the motion light on the stairs leading up to the house from the driveway. The first night it went on and off so quick that it was hard to see the stairs. After that it worked occasionally. A better light on that stairwell would be good as most of my party arrived after dark this time of year. Little things in the kitchen. There were no pot holders. I went and bought some which we left for future parties. There were so many things that they had in the kitchen you didn't need to bring anything but they were a little lacking on silverware. I believe there was only 10 or 11 Forks altogether. None of these issues made any dent in our pleasure in staying at this house, just a note for the future.

We are local and booked the stay on a whim for a break. Great beach front location convenient to several restaurants and natural attractions. Had to manage some very windy weather last two days. Only issue was the power going out a couple of times. I don't think it was an issue with the property. Did have issues cycling back on some of the major appliances. Management was very responsive and helpful. One cool unexpected bonus was watching the local tortoise population cruising around and feeding in the space between the dunes from the walkover to the beach.

The house was nice, location on the beach was excellent. The beach was not too busy at all even on the weekend. House is in good condition though dated (this was not an issue just a comment). Beds are comfortable except my teens complained about the mattresses on the bunk beds. I’m sure they would be fine for little kids, ours are 16 and 18 so full grown. The house is on a nice street with a wonderful restaurant at the end of the street. It had great seafood, beach atmosphere and great service. It was so nice to have it right there. You can get fried seafood and had healthy Kona bowls as well and kids could walk there on their own. The house is an easy drive to historic St Augustine.

If you’re looking for the cleanest and most updated place, this is not the rental for you. If you’re looking for a great beach access and convenience, this is a great spot. We have 4 little kids under the age of 6 and the beach access made beach life a lot easier. The outdoor shower is also a great bonus! The sunrises are beautiful. This place could easily be a 5 star rental with better upkeep and minor upgrades.

Comfortable place right on the ocean. You can’t beat that. Beautiful views up and down and we were graced by lovely weather. The management was very responsive to requests when we arrived. I would rent again. It’s a super lovely spot.

While I first had to get used to the sand road that allowed cars, all was well. Cars didn’t come through that often and Di so mindful of people and esp children running around. They went slowly due to sand went slowly. Dogs appeared to be cleaned up after. I saw no dog poop! The place had great private access to beach with views you can’t beat. The problem with the grill was solved quickly. They delivered a new one the next day. It’s a very comfortable place. I would suggest they get more unvreakable dishes when people rent with their small children as we did. Otherwise Sunrise Point is a keeper!

The house is in a great location and has a wonderful view. It is laid out well and the beds are comfortable. The bathrooms are a little dated and worn out, they definitely could be updated. The new grill was a great addition and the property managers were attentive. The one issue we had was with what seems to be a decibel meter hidden in a locked closet that was not disclosed in the ad. We got a text that we got a “Noise Complaint” from a neighbor, but there were no neighbors on either side of us home. Additionally, we were a big group of guys so I figured we could’ve been a little loud so I went outside and listened. You could not hear a word from inside while standing on the porch. Therefore it led me to believe there is a decibel meter inside that has an automated response. I have no issue with that, but felt a little uneasy that it was not listed in the ad. All in all, a solid house.

All were excited to stay here, but the excitement cooled as we noticed that the bathrooms did not smell clean and did not look clean.
Mold behind the first floor vanity. Urine smell in both. Hole in wall in the upstairs bathroom.
With guests traveling from far away, we wanted to be able to cook as a family would normally want in a vacation get together. The kitchen
lacked the cooking pots and pans to cook for the family.
No spatula to be found anywhere.
Very rusted cookie sheet. Could not use. Guests had to go out and purchase spatula and cookie sheet. We had to have our friend who lives in St.Augustine lend pots and pans to us.
Pantry door very loose and eventually fell off and fortunately did not hurt anyone.
Finally, the toaster had a frayed cord and was an electrical hazard.
The manager of the home did supply a new toaster. Good move.
The home definitely needs attention and more care for guests visiting.

We loved the deck, the view, the access to the beach, the linens (soft fluffy towels), and the location. The neighborhood was quiet and the beach is huge and flat. It wasn't a far drive to restaurants and attractions and the free passes to the attractions was a great bonus. The kitchen was well equipped with ample glasses, mugs, cereal bowls and plates. However, the few frying pans and saucepans were not adequate for our needs. I would definitely recommend this house for the fabulous views, the beach and the location.
