We had a men’s retreat and this place was perfect! Zero complaints and the areas were even better than in the pictures!

We had a great time! Plenty of room for the 19 of us. Kids had a great time with the arcade games and the hot tub. A minute from town so centrally located. We would stay here again!

Where to start? Large kitchen flowed into spacious living room and dining room. Our ages ranged from 11-75. The game room was a huge hit with everyone. We ate many meals outdoors because of the ambience of the trees and peaceful atmosphere In back. Hot tub was great.
2 refrigerators was helpful between the 2 houses.
4 bathrooms helped.
We spent an afternoon at north beach where we could park on the sand. We spent another day at the south end of the lake where we rented a pontoon boat and raft and spent a lazy 6 hours out on the water. Wonderful trip. So many memories.

Delightful, great teen gathering place with other activities within a short walk.
Large group gathering area worked well for our group of 25-30.
Bathroom space is inadequate for large group.
Bedrooms are crowded except for two with three beds, they had a great photographer. Ran out of TP twice but all other needs were very well stocked and well organized.
The yard is beautiful and well maintained and enjoyed on the nights that we did not have rain.

Had our extended family with us (22 in total). Room for everyone, Very comfortable. Kids loved the air hockey, pool table and arcade games. Separate guest house with 2 bathrooms and kitchen is a plus. Location is great. Everything went smoothly. Would stay again.

This is a very charming home in a quiet neighborhood. Close enough to walk to get milkshakes or visit gift shops.
It had a well stocked kitchen with baking pans of every size. There were 31 of us, aging from 1 to 68 and we all had plenty of room. We were grateful for the five picnic tables so we had plenty of room to eat and play games outside. The beautiful north beach, with plenty of sand and boat launching is just 20 minutes away or you can walk the four blocks to the local beach. 80% of our group have already asked for us to rebook for 2025. (The other 20% aren't beach/boat people!)

Fabulous stay, the home was wonderful. Spacious, well stocked to meet our needs. Enjoyed the yard each day on the patio under the trees while the kids played. It was every bit as great as we imagined.

there was plenty of room. the house was very clean. the only problem was the tree by the hot tube made it a mess on the patio inside of the hot tube and when we took the trash out the cans where full .one of the arcade games did not work. I would go back again.

This place was decorated so cute! Most items we needed were there and there was room for all 18 of us. (If you have a large group bring extra toilet paper) My favorite was the cottage out back, it was nice to be able to "get away" if you needed to relax and get some quiet time. The hosts were awesome and even gave us a deal on an extra day so we could stay for the super bowl!! We had an issue with the hot tub, it was so dirty we didn't even want to get in. When I told the hosts they said they would make sure to get that corrected, but it was a bummer since we picked this place specifically because of the hot tub :(.
Other than that, everything was great!

We had a great time staying at the Playcation Station! It was such a great house!!! It was clean had everything we needed for a great stay. James was awesome to work with was very attentive to any questions we had. The kids had a lot of fun in the game room, hot tub, and baby's were able to sleep while adults watched a movie. Kids had a great time watching the deer that would come visit each night. It was the perfect house for our Family Winter vacation! Thank you James and Heather for such a cute clean house.

This rental was the absolute best I have ever stayed in. Every single detail was thought through so well! From the furniture and decorations down to the make up rags and tissue boxes. Everything was extremely clean. We had 20 people with an age range of 88-4, and every single person enjoyed their stay and had plenty to do. The game room was a hit with the kids(and adults) Very spacious and user friendly. It was well stocked with everything we needed and more! Very comfortable beds and plenty of towels. The scenery in the winter was beautiful. We were greeted by a buck and 2 doe! The outside lighting was perfect for those that showed up after dark. Nothing worse than showing up to a new place and it being dark. The cottage was perfect for those that needed some space away from the group. The hot tub was so relaxing and so beautiful at night with the patio lighting. We will definitely return. We want to give it a try in the summer as well to take advantage of the cute patio area and yard games provided.

This place was amazing. The kids & adults enjoyed the game room, large family room to accommodate our entire group. We loved having the separate cottage to provide a little more privacy for a few of our family members. Rooms are decent size and plenty of comfortable beds (even the sofa sleepers were comfortable) Close to the lake and town. Loaded with all the necessary items to provide a comfortable stay. Melinda was easy to contact and owners are very quick to respond and easy to work with. Thanks!
