The stay was fabulous. Only had a few glitches. There was no trash bag in kitchen trash can and no toilet paper in the upstairs bath. I reported it. Unfortunately the items never came so we had to supply our own.

I’ve stayed in 3 different houses in the neighborhood and they have all been good. Be back to the neighborhood next time

The house was beautiful and very clean. We had tons of room and felt like we were at home but on a beauty beach property. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will come back.

We had a blessed and wonderful weekend even though the tub in the master bedroom was stopped up when we got there.

The house was ideal fit for a family of 6 but you could fit more if needed without feeling crammed if they are kids. My daughter’s friend stayed with us for a few days as well. We were happy with the communication regarding check in/checkout. We received a message a few hours before check in that the house was ready without us having to call. Overall great job Vacasa!!

My girlfriend and I were excited to arrive at this home which is beautiful only to get there and discover that the house wasn't fully cleaned. The cleaning crew left the vacuum plugged up in the middle of the floor, kitchen wasn't cleaned, dryer was going, broken objects in the home, etc. We were told by the manager that it would be hours before they could place us in another house which could have been anywhere. We declined and was confined to the lower bedroom of the home and nowhere to put our refrigerated items that we brong along for the trip. A very horrible check in experience. No one came out to finish cleaning until 10:30 the next morning. The manager assured us that we would receive a $75 credit for each night that we stayed and we haven't received anything. He hasn't responded to any of our text or calls. Very unprofessional and unfair. Very disappointed in the way Vacassa handled the situation.
