Overall great experience. The location is perfect and the camper was nice and clean. There was a leak in the bathroom causing the carpet in bedroom to be saturated. Owner sent someone to dry carpet but the leak wasn’t repaired so the carpet was wet again by end of day. The wet carpet created a mildew smell. The mattress is a typical rv mattress so not comfortable, but we would stay again

Upon arriving there were 2 different locations of where the keys were. It was a little frustrating due to the rain to try and figure out which it was but found them. Once inside and inspection was made. The camper was in need of a cleaning. The recliners has dog hair on them. Toilet was dirty. Shower had dirt on it. There was a towel and wash cloth left on the toilet. The bed had a dirty pillow with very noticeable stains. After being inside we noticed a very bad smell. Turns out it was sewer from the bathroom. Reached out ti the owner and the suggestion made was to “open a window”. We had to deal with the smell all weekend.

Love the camper, bed was a little hard

Very close to beach, restaurants and stores. All communication was immediate and generous. Would definitely stay again.

I couldn’t rate this property on cleanliness or location because I didn’t stay there. This host cancelled my reservation 3 hours before check in the day of arrival. Reason: scheduling conflict. Thank goodness I messaged them prior to leaving because I hasn’t received an email about check in. If I hadn’t, I very well could have driven 4 hours to find out I didn’t have a place to stay. It’s frustrating that a host can do this and not receive any kind of penalty. If you book this property, I strongly encourage you to double, maybe triple check to make sure the date is available and a ‘scheduling conflict’ doesn’t happen to you.

We pre planed the little getaway for the two of us. However on the day of check in we hadn't gotten any info about gate code. So we reached out and the host had overlooked our booking. It was ok they sent info right away. We made it to the location and found the door to the RV had been completely open for how long we didn't know. And it had been raining pretty bad. I of course let the host know right away and they stated that the cleaner must have left and forgot to close the door. The door is alittle hard to get in but I felt safe due to wow door open and no one looked like they harmed the rv. Great safe neighborhood. The rv was very close to the beach and the outside covered patio was wonderful to sit outside and watch the rain fall. The bed very comfortable. Info on local restaurants would be great . Loved the peace and quiet and the beach. Would absolutely recommend the peaceful place.

Just got back home from our stay which we truly enjoyed. The RV is super nice, loved that we could let our 2 fur babies roam free in the fenced yard. Just blocks from the beach made it extra special!!!

The location was perfect! The small community is very cute, clean and quiet. I was very happy to see our camper had a fence since we brought our dogs. The camper was very cute inside and communication with the owner was quick and easy. My old complaint is the cleanliness. Hand prints on the TV from a small child and unsure if the bedding was cleaned. Dirt in-between bed sheets.

I wanted to surprise my husband with a beach trip and needed a cozy spot next to the sands. This was the perfect place for us and we can't wait to visit again!

The camper was great and cozy. The only thing that would have made the stay better is if the camper was turned around so that the front door faced the outdoor living area.

This place was a great place to relax, it was clean and the location was great! I loved that it was fully fenced with a gate. Would certainly book again!
