My family & I have a little reunion out here every year to meet up, hang out & just enjoy life. This home was the perfect place for us all! We all enjoyed using the pool & the pool tables. We had an absolute blast! I really enjoyed the seclusion of the house as well. The host came by the morning of our check out to introduce himself & he was so kind. We will absolutely be looking to book again in the future.

The owner responded quickly to questions and concerns. And, things were taken care of immediately. The property description and photos were technically accurate. However, overall the home needed a "refresh." Fresh paint and a thorough spring cleaning would have made a huge difference. Playing basketball on the court was risky. One goal had train tracks and the other had a severe downhill. Although there was a pool, there were no pool towels. So, we had to buy them because we didn't want to use the white bath towels outside. But, the pool was totally enclosed by a fence, so my grandchildren were safe.Finding the home should have been easy, but two of the three house numbers had fallen off the sign leading down the long driveway to the home. No, GPS did not solve this problem. So, if you choose to rent here, ask for good directions! My son and his family live nearby. I would definitely rent this place again if the home had a refresh.

This home has everything you need if you have a large family or group. We had a family weekend of 15. Love the layout!!! The very spacious open concept kept everyone engaged. Very clean and well maintained, lots of towels provided. The beds were comfy and definitely no shortage of bathrooms. The pool was clean, with lots of seating. I really like the fact that the pool was gated and secured, so no chance of the little ones accessing it without an adult. Love the seclusion of the property. Saw a few wild turkeys and a coyote. The river was a little low, but the fish were still biting. The large windows facing the back of the property gave a nice view but still very private the list of pros goes on and on. The owner responded to questions rather quickly. I definitely recommend this place.

The house is large with plenty of room for a lot of people. That was the best part of the place. We were not able to use one of the beds because the bed frame was broken on one side. In the one bedroom with a private bathroom, the sink wouldn’t drain so we could not use the sink, only the shower and toilet. The beds we used were not comfortable. The overall cleanliness of the house was fair. For the price I was expecting more.
