We have book confirmed on booking.com but unlucky when we we came it's was full .. no room ready .. and we move to another building, but anyway thank you for the service.. the kuya there is good and approachable...even it was not meet out expectation.. but hope for the future, need to improve...room should be ready for the arrival of any guest

I got charged an extra 180 pesos not sure why, also said free breakfast and coffee but didnt get either. Tv wasnt working and never got wifi password.

Great location and friendly staff

It's a good location near the high street. It is reasonably priced while most other options in this city are extremely overpriced. AC was fairly decent.

Wi-Fi was extremely slow. The room was extremely dilapidated, and full of decaying walls, debris, and cobwebs. Shower was a bit of a joke.

I didn't like anything about this property.

No one was in the reception. It's dirty and there was nobody to approach. When I went upstairs, there were people being noisy.

. The space of the area was really big. And it's in a quiet part of the town but not far from restaurants.. They even served us Jollibee for breakfast which was awesome !
