The room and bathroom are both spacious, and the location is quiet. The hotel is clean, and the grand lobby is beautifully decorated.

Everything feels more decorative than functional. The hotel is spacious and glamorously decorated, but the room and service are quite basic. The mattress was old, too soft and not comfortable at all. The staff member on duty when we arrived in the evening was efficient but not particularly friendly. She spoke very quickly without looking at us, which made her difficult to understand. In contrast, the morning staff member was very friendly and communicative. The hotel appears to be close to a golf course and not far from the airport. However, it is located at the end of a small, unattractive alley that is not suitable for walking. The golf course is not seen from the room. The room also has a balcony, but the windows and balcony access were locked. This meant that we could not let in any fresh air, and it also raised concerns about emergency access.

What I like that I got exactly what the hotel said, the information matched the real. My wife felt sick staff where very supportive and drop us to pharmacy. Am very grateful for the support. I would like to give one advice (for improvement) some dust on some farts need more care.
