We entered the apartement with a key code with the keys inside waiting for us. Ths was a very simpe and user freindly experience. We then left the keys in the property upon departure.
Everything was brilliant. The layout and confort of the apartment and the location is very close to the old and new Town at Saint Sebastian. Car parking is secured and near the aprtment. Everything was great and we highly recommend this to others and would book again upon our return.

Big spacious apartment
All the amenities you would usually find at home
Nice design
Great central location in Gros and only a short stroll away from old town
The floor was quite dirty when we arrived, so much so that we vacuumed it.
No air conditioning for cooling - the bedroom was quite hot at night even with the fan.

Good location , decor is as pictured .
Check in process seems unnecessary, with the need to download an app etc . There is no air conditioning at the property, which is in a very hot building - fans provided are very loud which results in a poor sleep either way .
The property was clean enough but not as clean as I would have expected and there are only very small opaque windows in the bedroom and bathroom giving a cavelike feel . There are a number of plug sockets that don’t work which also added to the general frustration of the properly falling short of basic needs being met .
