The condo was clean, comfortable, and had a well stocked kitchen. Pool was small for the number of units in the building, but the beach was right there and beautiful. You're walking/biking distance to Coligny plaza, too.

I booked this place for a girls trip, my closest friend, and I. It was exactly as advertised. Small but great view of the beach. It was very clean and nicely decorated. We liked how close it was to the beach and how convenient it was to restaurants and other activities. Would highly recommend it but it is small. Perfect for a couple or in our case two friends one who is willing to sleep on the sofa bed.

The Villa was wonderful -- excellent view of the ocean. Everything has been very nicely updated with sea-theme decorations, comfortable bed & sofa-bed, modern water faucet in kitchen, and very neat & clean. The location was very convenient and close to many restaurants, groceries, and gift stores. We were easily able to visit nearby areas during our stay. The beach was also within easy walking distance and definitely one of the nicest beaches we've seen. The owner was very responsive and provided excellent communications before, during, and upon leaving our stay. High recommend this property for any couple planning to visit HHI.

This was a great find after our initial scheduling fell through on one of first choices for a condo. The property manager communicated with us and was very prompt with answers when we had questions. The place was clean and enough room for the three of us. The location was perfect for the 3 minute walk to the beach and walking distance to Coligny Plaza. This was perfect for a 3 day getaway!

Our family had a wonderful visit to HHI. The villa was exactly as described. It is small but the hall bunks made it work for our kids. Easy walk to the beach! We would definitely return.

A cute cozy condo, we had a little hiccup but the communication was great, and got fixed quickly. My family and I really enjoyed our stay, the beach was walking distance,very family friendly and peaceful we enjoyed our time walking through Coligny Plaza. We will definitely be returning.

Stayed for a week here as a solo parent with my two young children, aged 8 and 10, and the unit really was ideal for this price range. The listing depicts the unit accurately: it is a cozy, basic,1 BR unit that would suit a couple or up to a family of four with young kids. I felt the unit was clean and well-maintained. As depicted in the listing, you have your basic household amenities for a party of four, and admit it, cleaning your own dishes is probably worth the very reasonable rental rate. There's enough of a view of the ocean from the balcony to kick back and enjoy it. As other reviewers have written, the location is fantastic. It's a 4-minute walk from the unit door to the beach via the property's access walkway across the protected dune area. The beach at this location is lovely and massive at low tide, which the kids loved, and still roomy enough when it's in, with firm sand. I didn't personally care for what's obviously a popular local activity, beach biking, but if that's your thing you'll be happy; and people were pretty conscientious about looking out for others. The Coligny Plaza shopping center was just a10-minute walk, with more to do than you'll have time for if you're on the beach every day, a local grocery chain, and several good places to eat. There was even a ceramic-painting cafe in there which the kids loved on our one rainy day. If you want to cook out, there are plenty of charcoal grills available in the center of the property. The location of the property is actually ideal to reach activities on the island, like mini-golf or local tours, all within a 15-20 minute drive. We even hopped the island trolley bus and found that enjoyable, all the schedule info is available online--but remember, you have to tell the driver what stop you want when you get on! Lastly, the unit owner, Ms. Kline, was readily available and responsive by text and email, and very helpful, including with various recommendations for eats. We'd definitely recommend the unit for a great Hilton Head beach vacation for a party/family of four or smaller in this price range.

This property was right on the beach (path right at the end of the parking lot). It was small, but ample for two people or a family with small kids. There are two bunks in the hall for kids. It was very clean and well appointed. The owner, Kendall, was really responsive to any questions. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. It was an amazing getaway.

My husband and I were looking for a quiet spot close to the beach for a week in Hilton Head. This spot more than delivered. We were steps from the beach, had a view of the ocean from our deck, and were a short walk from shops and restaurants in Coligny Square. Owners were easily accessible for questions and accommodating.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay here! The condo is small but had everything we needed. The location was convenient and made walking and biking convenient. Easy access to the beach and nice view from the balcony. We were blessed with beautiful weather too! I didn’t want to come home!

If you are looking for an updated unit with view of ocean this is the spot. We love to park the car and walk or use the bike trail. Location was perfect and convenient to everything we needed.

Downside 1) unit was well appointed however missing dishwasher 2) view was of the ocean from a distance but unfortunately could not see beach 3) unit was pretty small and had an odor ? Upside 1) owner was very responsive got right with us to answer questions etc - excellent communication 2) provided bikes were a bonus and added to our trip 3)large extra nice hd television in main room Eating out suggest Hudson’s and Skull creek Avoid Black marlin

It’s clean a nice location Key pad didn’t work much and the hard key was hard to get out also, they are now replacing it But I wish they did earlier in the trip

Everything was exactly as listed, photos of villa, ocean view, etc…no surprises. So nicely updated and very clean. Any questions were answered promptly. Loved the location also. We would definitely stay here again!

Cute condo. We enjoyed the time at the beach and the location is close to everything. The owners are nice and responsive. Great place to visit.

We realized when we pulled in that we had stayed in this property once before but in a different room. We like the proximity to the beach and the pool. Timing in September allowed us to avoid children which was enhancing our quiet time. Kendall was very accommodating and even brought us an automatic drip coffee maker which seemed to be missing from the room somehow. Overall a very pleasant stay!

We really enjoyed our stay and the amazing views! Kendall was very helpful and always responded quickly! We look forward to visiting again!

Loved having bikes available!! Small and clean - nice and close to the beach. Would stay again.

The room was as shown in the pictures. My wife loved the decorations, and the kitchen provided all that we needed. The building is in a great location and very well kept. I liked that a key or key card was not necessary. The WiFi worked great as my wife had to do some work while there. The pool was cleaned daily, as well as the the walkways. There was a great family atmosphere with no partying or other foolishness that is often found at other beaches (Myrtle). The host was attentive to our needs and quick to answer any questions. I highly recommend staying here. I just wish they had a hot tub in the pool area.

The property was just what we needed for a short stay in HH: 1. walking distance to Coligny Plaza and tons of great restaurants 2. a short walk to the beach 3. nicely furnished 4. clean (bathroom was immaculate, which I appreciated very much) 5. a pool on premises 6. beach chairs provided (big plus) Though the place can sleep more than 2 people, I'd say this is definitely ideal for a couple. This tiny condo is in a great location and beautifully updated and maintained. Convenient to shops, restaurants and and quick walk to the beach. Communication with the owner was easy. It was perfect for just the 2 of us but would have been a tight fit if we had additional people/kids with us!

We stayed on our delayed honeymoon at this unit and it was beautiful. The property was within walking distance to shopping and dinning and had great views of the beach!

This property is a gem. Perfectly decorated, nice view from the balcony and steps from the beach. I would definitely reserve again!!
