Geräumig und hell, ist diese 860 qm große Wohnung an der Rückseite meines Hauses angebracht und ist der perfekte Ort zum Verweilen. Wir befinden uns in zentraler Lage zu Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants, Stränden, dem neuen Baseballkomplex und allem, was die Palm Beaches zu bieten haben. Diese Unterkunft befindet sich NICHT am Strand, sondern an einer Binnenwasserstraße mit Blick auf das Wasser. Ich nenne es Beachy Tiki für die Einrichtung, nicht die Lage.
Kürzlich renoviert, offenes Konzept, völlig neue Küche, mit großer Insel mit Granit-Arbeitsplatten und Barhockern, Müllentsorgung, Edelstahl-Kühlschrank mit Eismaschine und Geschirrspüler. Ebenfalls vorhanden sind Teller, Besteck, Kaffeetassen und Gläser. Es gibt KEINEN Herd, aber es gibt eine Mikrowelle, einen Toaster, eine Kaffeemaschine, einen Topf und einen Gasgrill draußen. Wer kocht schon im Urlaub? Aber es gibt eine Waschmaschine und einen Trockner für Ihre Wäsche.

Pictures looked great but not as good in person. Bathroom was dirty with spots on the toilet, and old bar of soap in the shower and a loofah. Didn’t seem to be cleaned prior to our arrival. The deadbolt does not work and lacked a feeling of security while sleeping. Pool needed cleaning but was too hot to use anyway. The owner was out a couple of times and was nice.
Not a bad place. Great location, just not worth 5 stars. Maybe something has changed recently???

The apt was super clean, comfortable and had everything you would need. The beach chairs and umbrella came in handy when we visited nearby Juno Beach.
Location was key to our choice of staying here. We visited McCarthy’s wildlife sanctuary (25 minutes away) and Jupiter Lighthouse. Lots of restaurants in close proximity. We enjoyed Sara’s kitchen for breakfast and Frigate’s waterfront for dinner.

We loved our stay here. The place was clean and had everything we needed for the week. The patio was where we spent most of our time as we read on the couch, swam in the pool, and fished off the dock. Lots of catfish while fishing which was expected. We did catch some Grunt and a Baracuda. Saw some Mahi Mahi, Snook, and Sheepshead from the dock as well.
While we loved our stay, know that there are dogs on the property. They made their way back to us at various times through the week and we heard them occasionally barking inside. The small dogs pretty much left us alone. The bigger dog barked at us but the owner came out to get him pretty quickly. We are generally okay with dogs but be aware in case someone in your party is wary. My one complaint is that the dogs used the grass around the patio to “do their business” so there were some times where it smelled, especially in the heat of the afternoon. We did use the hose to spray it away and that helped a little.
Otherwise it was a great stay. Karen wasn’t able to be in town but she was quick to respond to our messages any time we needed something and her family was helpful in her stead.

The pictures and description on Vrbo accurately represent the property. We were greeted by the owner upon our arrival, very pleasant and informative about the area. The location was very convenient to the cruise ship we were taking. Being able to stay here allowed us to start our vacation prior to getting on the ship.

And a bonus was Oscar, the cat that came out on occasion for a pet . The inside had comfy couches and a nice bedroom. The owner even let me borrow a fishing pole! We’d book again.
Just a note; this is an in-law apartment so we could hear the owner once in a while(they are extremely quiet) so I believe they could hear us. No problem for us.

From biking to kayaking the Loxahatchee River, boating the canals and running through the neighborhood, we had a great location to do the things we enjoy. Karen is very knowledgeable and welcoming about sharing the local attractions. The home was very spacious and had everything we need. Thank you Karen for your hospitality!

This is the second time we stayed at the Beachy Tiki! We absolutely love the home, the pool, the dock, and the neighborhood/area. Sitting under the Tiki and having the pool, is an added treat for us. Karen is a wonderful hostess who goes out of her way to provide everything we need. She has become a friend. We also appreciated Karen's suggestions on food choices and places to go. Highly recommend this place and we will be back.

My Is wife and I needed a place to unwind and Karen's Apartment was just the right spot.
We Enjoyed having a cup of coffee while sitting in the Lounge chairs and watching the fish jump.
Kitchen had everything you would need if you desired to cook in.
It is centrally located and the beach is only minutes away.

I almost didn’t want to rewrite this the review because the place is so amazing and I don’t want too many people to know about it. I wanted some thing in the Palm Beach area and I love being on the water and this place fit the bill to a T. You are sitting on an intercoastal inlet and you can spend the day sitting outside, watching the fish literally jump into the air and birds coming along to snatch them. You have your own private entrance, and the place is much bigger than it appears in the photos. The living room and kitchen area is extremely spacious and the kitchen is very updated. There is a heater/fireplace in the living room and we used it for a number of days as it got down into the 40’s. There is a master bedroom with a very comfortable bed and a huge walk-in closet. Ample space to store everything out of the way including many dressers. KAREN, the hostess was amazing and helped us out with a few minor issues along the way that she took care of immediately . There is a swimming pool however, when we went, it was quite cool for Florida and the pool is not heated. However, if you go in the summer, I’m sure it is an added treat. The location is amazing and there is an incredible restaurant right around the corner, and the neighborhood is beautiful to walk . I will return and hopefully not too many people will have discovered this amazing place so there will be dates available for my next visit. Thank you Karen for creating such a beautiful place. We had a couple of issues with the property but these were dealt with by Karen/Jennifer. The property is a very good size especially for 2 people, living area and kitchen is really good and had everything you would need. The bedroom was a great size and had a walk in wardrobe - not a complaint but I would say it could use a bigger bed. The pool and pool area are decent and a nice place to relax, we had the pool to ourselves. The water pressure in the bathroom sink could be better, again not a complaint just an observation. The area is great, loads to do on the doorstep and loads of great things just a short drive away - Jupiter, Juno, Flying lady boat tours to name a few. The only negative was that the great reviews were also based on how good the host is and for our trip the host was also on vacation so we didnt get to experience that. All in all, you'll be happy you booked

I would recommend staying at this house if you are looking for an escape from your everyday, yet its still close to everything from restaurants, fishing supply stores to shopping.

The owner Karen was great from start to finish. She is a business owner but treated me like a family member. Karen made me feel welcome and gave me the privacy that I need for a peaceful getaway. The one bed, one bath rental was very clean and decorated to where you felt like you were on your very own island - including a swimming pool, BBQ, and a tiki style seating area. All I can say if there were more business owners/ landlords like Karen, the world would be a better place. Finally if you are not staying at this rental unit , you are missing an experience.

One of a Kind - 5 Stars
This was one of the best Vacation Rentals I ever stayed in. The pool and views off the back patio were spectacular. Inside, we found the apartment squeaky clean and outfitted with everything we would need for our stay. Our host Karen is professional, kind, and extremely gracious with any requests.
I enjoyed this experience immensely and would recommend the property to anyone looking in the area.

Absolutely no complaints. The apartment is large, comfortable, very well-stocked and in a beautiful location. We were in town for an event at the Palm Beach convention center and the location was an easy 10 minute drive. Host was great and we would definitely stay here again.
