Excellent from start to finish. Home is well appointed and spotless. Everything from the bath towels to the coffee maker was top notch. Host was generous with his time and provided suggestions on hiking trails,restaurants and local attractions. Beautiful views of Cathedral Rock from the rear deck. Great location in West Sedona. Highly recommend!!!

This venue was simply stunning - the location was quiet and serene, with a fantastic view out to Cathedral Rock, yet also a convenient 10 min drive into West or Uptown Sedona. The house was in immaculate condition - we could tell the hosts went out of their way to ensure their guests had a comfortable stay, as the kitchen and bathrooms all had everything we needed to self-cater during our 5 day stay. We particularly liked little touches such as the goodie basket with muffins and jams that was left in the kitchen on our arrival, and the night lights that were in the corridor and bedrooms, ensuring we could easily move around the house after bedtime without disturbing other occupants.

Nothing - myself and my 3 travellers all agreed this stunning accommodation was one of the highlights of our visit to Sedona!

Absolutely beautiful and very comfortable house! Just the right distance from uptown Sedona if you prefer a quiet end to an activity-filled day. The drive from Sedona is beautiful and the neighborhood is nice and quiet. We felt very comfortable and safe. And the views from the deck...oh my!! gorgeous!

The photos are accurate -- but even so, it's more beautiful than what you see. The vista and the light coming into this place are exceptionally lovely. The location is extremely quiet. The furnishing are lovely. Kitchen is beautifully stocked. Can't say enough about what they provided. We loved hanging out in the house and on the deck, just enjoying the vast vistas. If it's a clear night, the sky is jet black, sparkling with brighter stars than you ever get to see if you aren't in a desert area like this. You are just 15 minutes to the outskirts of Sedona, but you are on the other side of a mountain from them, so you don't feel like you are near a populated area. The owners recommended a few hikes right nearby, and the one to Pyramid Peak (literally 2 minutes drive) was one of the best hikes we have ever taken, anywhere. Easy and stunning vistas. And very few people. Our contact person was very responsive to texts and wonderful with any questions.

The floors are hardwood in most of the house (except a gorgeous white carpet in the large living room). As a result, sound carries. If you are a light sleeper and are travelling with others, just bring earplugs. Easy solution. My husband is a light sleeper and awakened several times a night when he heard our travel friend walking to the bathroom in the middle of the night. Also, the owners live below this home (downstairs/separate entrance). If they are chatting merrily away, it can easily be heard upstairs. We mentioned it once, and it was quiet the rest of the week.
