location only suitable for mobile people

First thing to notice was how clean the property was. Well equipped. Comfortable. We had google mapped the location and were happy to walk up and down the steep hill. There are buses for those who do not want the walk and the tram when in season just a reasonable walk away.
There was nothing we didn`t like.

House was immaculate, loved the short walk along the road to an amazing view..
Stefan and Tracey left small gifts for us and our dog on arrival which was very kind,
Beds very comfortable brilliant location for the facilities in Llandudno centre
Nothing we didn't like, the hills up to the house were very steep but we expected this after reading other reviews, but was great to keep fit and our son enjoyed it
