Shintana Saya Residence

I loved everything about this boutique 9 room hotel from the complimentary airport pick-up and daily massages to the delicious food. But the most impressive thing about this hotel is the people. They are professional, knowledgeable, and truly excellent at customer service, anticipating every need. Even the tuk-tuk and driver they arranged for the day was 1st class. The room was exquisite, with a rainfall shower and soaker tub. I felt like I was in a spa. The furnishings are modern and tasteful, and the cleanliness met my extremely high standards.

Great services.

Beautiful biopool, wooden floor, extra large bed, super clean, spacious room, fresh coconut, steamed rice, loundry service, quiet location.,pickup from the airport with a refreshing welcome drink-coconut :) Very friendly staff and owner.. I personally liked the dense greenery I front of my room.

All was satisfying. Restaurant with limited vegan option. However, this is changing and soon their Menu will be updated and adjusted to the needs of all travelers

Incredible room. Incredible staff. Incredible property all around. The staff is very warm and English proficiency tends to be quite high. The hotel was unbelievably accommodating given our unusual travel situation (early morning arrival via overnight bus, followed by a late afternoon departure from an airport an hour away). Simply excellent!
