The apartment was great, very cosy, beautifully and usefully equiped. Nothing was missing. Air conditioning worked perfectly and made the apartment a comfortable place for siestas during hot afternoon hours. We were already travelling for some time, so a washing machine came very handy. The apartment is located in the best place possible, almost in the centre (within 15 minutes to all important sights) yet incredibly quiet (I am a light sleeper and earplugs are a must for me on holiday, but here I never used them, that´s how quiet this place is at night.) The owners, friendly and communicative people, gave us a lot of useful tips about food and places to see in and out of Sevilla. They always quickly answered every our question and provided us with things we needed. When I visit Sevilla some day in the future, I will definitely want to stay at this apartment. It feels very homely.

We like everything in this appartment.It is near the center of Sevilla.Very clean and spacious.The appartment is exactly the same like on the pictures you can see on the booking.com.

We had a bigger car ( Peugeot 3008) so we had difficulties with parking in the garage.The parking place is for smaller cars.But near by you have another garage so you can park the car there.It is 24 euros per day.

Apartment is as per the photos. Really nice place, clean and well equipped for a pleasant stay in Séville. Close to great places for breakfasts, dinners and flamenco shows. Literally few minutes away from the Alcazar and main attraction places.

The check in has been extremely challenging and communication was complicated but we made it at the end. Only one key available which makes it tricky when travelling with friends. The parking space is not ideal for large car and you will most probably find better deals in public car parks near by if you are not staying the full 24h

Everything! If there was one thing I could change about the apartment, the answer would be “nothing”. It really is that simple. We have stayed in Seville, maybe 8 times over the past five years; this is the nicest apartment we have stayed in.

Our host, Jesus Javier, was very helpful, from our initial warm welcome on arrival, to dealing with our questions and requests during our stay. The apartment is very well appointed, comfortable, clean and in a very pleasant and safe area. The location is ideal for pedestrian access to all the major sights in Seville, and also close to the railway station (20 min walk). Wifi was very fast and reliable and the air conditioning was both quiet and very effective. I would thoroughly recommend this apartment for a stay in Seville, without any hesitation.

Very nice and spacious appartment. Eva met us and gave us the keys and all necessary information. Our host Jesus recommended some places to eat. Everything was just perfect, clean, well equipped, beautiful inner courtyard.

Very narrow streets in old part of Sevilla, you must have a small car. But, as for the appartment and hosts everything was perfect.
