Stunning views across the river and of Hobart - night time lights were particularly lovely - and lots of full length windows to view it from whatever the weather with two spacious balconies for sitting out on warm sunny days. Very comfortable bedrooms, handy bathrooms, a number of living areas to spread out across if you don't all want to do the same thing at once, well appointed kitchen and laundry. super comfortable for families and groups of friends travelling together.
Not a massive issue for us, but great view = steep access. Internal stairs from garage up or down to house levels, so anyone with mobility issues should be aware. Tentative drivers may struggle with entering/exiting the driveway - it is very steep and curved, so not for the faint-hearted. Nearest flat parking area is in the court at the top of the street (about 4 doors up). If you are spritely and confident like us you will have none of these issues.

Views, location and beautiful home.
Only one minor thing was the washing machine was slow and we couldn't do a quick wash. Only a minor inconvenience

The home is very well appointed large 5-bedroom home with everything you could need. All the bedrooms are large with comfortable beds, ample closets and access to good bathrooms. The kitchen is very well appointed and easy to use.
The house sits high up over Sandy Bay, the views over Derwent River are superb!
The house does not include access to the garage which means driveway or on-road parking only with limited security.
The location is a 10-minute drive from shops and restaurants - so nice and quiet but a drive to everything.

Good view, spacious, quiet neighborhood
Some of the bedding is saggy and need replacement. Circuits were tripped a couple of times. Some lights are out, eg., dinning table lamp is only half lit. Most annoying is after booked, the agent needs information which is understood but I was hit by a damage liability of GBP25 which I think is totally unacceptable.
