Apartment is basic but more than functional. Brilliant view from the balcony. Pool area is nice, and development is very secure.

Need additional bedding for chairbeds. Could use additional cutlery, a microwave and glassware.

It was great for a family with kids, the pool was great, and the beach and city where close with a car but not to close. It was for a family great because the space and quitness.

Beautiful surroundings, view of the Red Sea, some palm trees, colorful shrubs, it was all very appealing.

I traveled with my female cousin, and we chose this property because it had two beds one king size bed and two sofa beds, so we could sleep on separate beds. On arrival, bedding on the king size bed was soiled, there was sand and somebody’s hair on the sheets. there was another duvet and some cushions (no pillows) in the wardrobe, but no bedding for that. I asked for the sheets to be changed and another set of bedding supplied. The sheets were changed but the requested bedding was not supplied so we had to move to another accommodation. Another problem was that the apartment was simply dirty, there were hairs on the floor, drawers were dirty and sticky, on the chair there was a white headrest whose color turned dark from dirt. Also, I texted the agent that we would be arriving at noon, he okayed it, but when we came at noon exactly, he wasn’t there, the security guard didn’t know anything about our arrival, the agent rejected my call, but he answered the guard’s call and told us he would come in two hour’s time. Additionally, we heard some disturbing noises, perhaps a mouse or maybe an insect? My cousin refused to stay in that apartment. Further when you consider the price, we paid jod 144 for the apartment we couldn’t use and jod 150 for a super clean room at Aqaba Hilton with full service, breakfast, etc. included. I cannot honestly recommend this apartment or agent. Very poor quality service!
