The appartement is a bit humid, it takes forever to dry something even with all windows open.

The apartment itself is very clean and well maintained. The main amenities are available such as soap, toilet paper etc, but some items were packed and took some searching to find like heavy blankets (considering my visit was in winter)

Location on booking isn’t precise so they had asked to meet with an associate at the nearby Marjane market, which is a 3 minutes walk, some of it is uphill. It would be considerable to account for transportation to the city which is 8.9 Km by car/taxi from the apartment, also rail station is 7.9 Km from the apartment. The neighborhood is loud and during my stay they were having festivals at some nights which was extremely inconvenient considering soundproofing is minimal. The same also during the mornings despite them requiring quiet hours. The apartment isn’t heated itself and thermal insulation isn’t ideal but there’s a fully functional water heater which makes it acceptable. The main building door was secured and they had cameras installed to add up for security which is good. However, I was given the wrong key to the door and as a result I was stuck outside until some neighbors opened the door for me. They only changed the keys for me on the third day despite my many requests. All in all I addressed all my concerns to the owner and hopefully they’ll rectify as necessary. Majorly it’s a great place that was well priced during my stay, and with the inconveniences addressed I’d say this is a very well worth the stay especially if you’ll be traveling around Morocco from Tanger.

The apartment is nice, clean, the kitchen is equipped, you can cook. There is a large supermarket nearby.

There was no toilet paper, the apartment smelled of cigarettes, towels were found on the last day (yes, we had to ask the owner right away, our fault). It is difficult to get to the Medina, and if you take a taxi every time, it would be difficult for your budget.

It has everything that you would need during your stay, the bedsheets are clean too, there is plenty of hot water and enough space for up to 4 people. The host is very friendly and there is a supermarket close by.

It is situated in the outskirts, there is plenty of taxis but if you have a car then you will not have any problem.
