Very friendly staff and really helpful. Nice clean room, water in the fridge, milk provided and coffee. Great breakfast options and a lovely pool

Nice view, AC worked really well, we got a greeting in our room when we first came, the breakfast was so delicious, the stuff was very kind and friendly, they helped us reserving a taxi and rentacar, they sort everything we needed. Really a pleasant stay and would definitely recommend!

Convenient hotel in centre of Gouvia. Staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful.
Very good air conditioning which was welcome as a lot of mosquitoes and door needed to be kept closed.
Like most bathrooms in Greece, very small shower area. Also loose covers over shower drain and bathroom floor drain.

one minute walk to the beach (stones but find for swimming and chairs for sunbathing), small hotel in narrow but lively street full of character (not for anyone looking for a remote location), lovely friendly staff, nice breakfast buffet, big sparkling pool, aircon, balcony, shops and restaurants v closr

Wonderful location, nice staff, good breakfast.
If you can’t do stairs very well, it’s not the place for you. Also, smell from the restaurants invades the room so you have to like the smell of garlic.

Nice and modern hotel, very clean with friendly staff. The pool is big and surrounded by the hotel buildings, which helps that a part of it is in the sun, while a part is in the shadow - just wonderful.
Beach is near, and good restaurants are just outside.

All the staff were so friendly and went out of their way for us . Very helpful nothing to much trouble . The Pool was clean and well kept as were the rooms .

This is our first time in this hotel, and I’m sure it won’t be our last, staff are so friendly, and make you feel so welcome, this is high on our list of hotels to stay, Love Goivia, look forward to coming again.

The staff were absolutely fantastic and very very friendly. The food served was excellent too. Fabulous value for money! The beds are the best I have slept in. I would highly recommend this hotel and I am planning on returning next year.
