Hotel domus termini

Location Hot shower cool aircon

Old and small

Helpful staff available 24/7. Both the room and the bathroom were clean.

The location next to the main station doesn't feel very safe, especially at night.

I like the place because nice location and quiet

Not really but need more clean

Location

The bed and pillow were extremely uncomfortable. The WiFi was poor. I had to use 3 different WiFi accesses for this hotel and the signal remained poor throughout my stay. Additionally, I always check “private bathroom” on my Booking .com search. After I paid for the room I found out that this was an “external” private bathroom. Imagine getting up to use the bath in the middle of the night and having to pass by 5 guest rooms, the front desk manager, and 2 “external bathrooms to reach your destination. Moreover, imagine going through the same process to access your shower and having to pass by the front desk personnel on your way to the external bathroom. Disappointing and uncomfortable. This experience was not a positive one.
