Location was fine

Everything. It was super dirty, bathroom sink didn't work, shower curtain rod was broke, multiple blinds were hanging off, trash on the balcony, upstairs shower had chunks of hair and dirt in it. When we told the company (and sent pictures) they did nothing but offer for a maintenance person to come fix everything during our stay (which we only had 1 full day) and would have interrupted our full trip. These things shoulda been taken care of before we arrived.

The View

It did not have the bedding for the bed in the family room. They brought sheets the following day and we never got a blanket or pillows. Two of our adults had to share a bed. The toilet seat upstairs was not connected correctly. There was a big stain on the kitchen floor that we had to mop. Had to sweep. The windows were caked with dirt and crud in the seals taking away from the view.

Location was super close to lots of things to do, the apartment itself was lovely, the beds were extra comfy, the property representatives were very responsive, and even though a couple of little snags appeared (eg. a child's toy(?) was clogging the drainage pump in the dishwasher, so we had to handwash everything for a few days), overall it was a really pleasant stay and we would stay again!

Parking was kind of sketchy, but we just made sure to not leave anything in the car.

Communication from property manager was amazing! The view was spectacular and the unit was clean. In addition to the light, bright atmosphere in the flat, I loved staying so close to the City Museum (which was the purpose for our stay).

The bedding reminded me of my stay in Iceland. The top sheet was over the comforter. I'm not used to that, but I'd certainly stay there again!

The loft was very noisy when the AC was running. We weren’t given the code for the front entrance to the building. Fortunately a resident who lived there gave it to me. The lower level bedroom has only a partition separating it from the other living space 😳
