Very clean and in the best spot . The rooms are small.

The hotel has a great location, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. It’s very convenient and easy to get around to different parts of Osaka.
The only downside is that the soundproofing isn’t the best, so you may hear some noise from the neighbouring rooms.

The price was excellent, and both the room and bathroom were very comfortable and well maintained. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the action and within easy reach of everything. What I appreciated most was that I booked several day trips to places such as Kyoto and Nara, and the meeting points for these tours were just a few steps from the hotel, which made the stay extremely convenient.
I had no major issues during my three-night stay. Everything was convenient and comfortable, especially the location and the easy access to tour meeting points.
